I actually saw a screen shot of Tony kissing Angel Beryl on facebook and knew immediately who it was and commented. It made me nervous about this chapter. I still got misty-eyed for sure during that piece. So much so that my hubby asked why I was crying. (He always says that when I sniff - and I was sniffing). That was my favorite part - sadly she sort of gave him permission to move on. But then we get hit with alien/maybe or not thing.... @Maladi777 - if you ever want us to ship Tony with anyone else, it's gonna have to be really hot because in my mind, Beryl is the only one he should ever love.

Her being a*sexual makes perfect sense. (Though i got my hopes up at lesbian.) Though it begs the question, is she a*romatic too? Of course there was the Chris thing, but puberty is one h*ll of a ride. I think she is A*sexual and Demiromantic. Meaning she only grows romantic feelings for someone when she has a deep emotional bond with them. Then again, she might also be Demisexual instead of A*sexual. Meaning she only feels sexual attraction to people she has a deep emotional connection with. Like Chris choosing her, Wich was a big deal for her. Thomas was not like that, so she didn't develop those kinds of feelings for him. But this is just my thought process with minimal research, and everyones s*exuality is different and fluent of course.

And now for the ending. Tony an alien? Are you kidding me? How could you of all do this to him? If this is right in the end, I will most probably stop to read the Heffners (and return to it the next chapter after because I can't hold myself back).
I'm thinking it's either @Maladi777 wanting to keep him alive/young, a prank on us all, a trick by one of the other characters to get Tony out of the way (and a way for Tony to escape prison) (i'm hoping it's this.) or a secret that was 'forgotten' about Tony. If he is an alien, that makes Chris half alien, so wouldn't he/we know something weird is going on. This is suspicious. Time to add an investigation room to our bomb shelter. Something seems 'off' about this.
I'm now going to go re check gen 2-3, and see if I missed anything. Detective Bugs[ie] on the case. I will try and find as much out as possible.

As for Chris, I could see Kellie and him having a huge knock down drag out about harboring Tony. Maybe Chris finds him where Kellie stashes him? Ha! But then upon hearing what the government is intending to do to Tony, he gives an ultimatum for Tony to disappear and never come back. I doubt Vhris is that heartless to allow experimentation on his father.
Tony isn't an alien, but i would have loved that twist. Not sure what happened....according to Ms. Maladi, he found some sort of restorative elixirs with Dr. Angel? Probably the only way Angel got out of there with only his hair gone. Dr. Angel might be the alien and he bargained with Tony for his life.

Very true. She didn't have time to date anyone between studying and taking care of Celeste and going to work and taking care of Celeste. She is exceptionally inexperienced in these matters. It may get her in a trouble in the future. She needs the right person to unlock her passionate nature as you so accurately pointed out.
