Closed - Need help picking the heir

Shorter poll time
With 3 votes: 2 for Stevie & 1 for Chance; and a slight bias on my part, the winner is Stevie.
and I think I'll roll the gen 6 goals once I've officially started with gen 5, first I need to finish gen 3.

Fellow simmers input please. I need to decide on the heir for my randomcy.
These 3 sims are my choices, I've been trying to keep as much of the founders DNA (eye & hair color) going as possible. The red hair is easy the lavender eyes not so much.
Founder
Gen 5 there are 3 red heads.
The male, Chance, got the founders eye color he is the second to do so, but his traits are atrocious and will need an early midlife crisis (he has the ltr points) to mesh with the Gen 5 roll. His one and only positive trait is 'good'.
The middle sister, Jackie, has murky hazel eyes from who knows where, and a few decent traits so won't need any tweaking. (Image projected young adult look via cas.)
The baby of the group, Stevie, just turned toddler, has what looks like green-blue eyes really no clue where those came from, her traits can be tailored to the goals plus she's already starting out with two good traits. (Image projected young adult look via cas.)
So who would you pick?

Jackie is great looking and would provide nice genetics. The eyes may or may not get passed on.
Stevie, as the youngest, give you time to play all the siblings to their full potential before going off to start on their own, as well taylor the traits as you wish.
So... I'd go with Stevie probably.

Well if they were closer together in range that approach might work, a catch is Chance is already YA and due to the loner trait is feeling very claustrophobic in a house filled with 6 other sims, and hides in the nursery every chance he gets. lol
In game ages are YA, teen (7 days to YA), toddler (just transitioned)
