I have a weird bug that has been driving me nuts since Toddlers Patch. After spending some time/actions in the Arts Quarter, San Myshuno, I suddenly throw a massive file of LE errors and my game stops moving waiting actions into the active queue. The game time continues and current actions continue without ending. The problem rarely occurs instantly on arrival and sometimes pops up at other venues. I think I have traced it to a piece of CC but it makes no sense. Its a decorative toothbrush??? I have tested, restarted, retested and it keeps giving me the same bug with just this piece of CC loaded.
There are 2 parts to the CC. A default replacement toothbrush that I don't have loaded and the decorative toothbrush that seems to be causing me the issue. I am playing without it and if I get a recurrence of the problem, I will report again. But, as it took me 2 days to track down, I thought it worth a mention in case there are others with the issue.
Also, I can't find a way to contact the creator to tell them there might be a problem.

The Default Eyes V2 variant of this CC is giving me problems with Vampire Toddlers. Human toddlers are fine. I have not tested alien toddlers. Other ages appear fine.
All born in game vampire toddlers have vampire eyes and changes I make in CAS will not stick. Without the CC eyes loaded, toddlers take a parent's eye colour and I can change the colours in CAS as desired. I have played with this CC loaded since the Vampire release without issues. I think it is just a Vampire Toddler thing.
This issue may have been about since the Vampire release because I have only just started having Vampire Toddlers. Or, it may have been generated by a more recent 'bug fix'.
