Ok. My Sim just died while taking a steam bath, and now I cannot find her grave anywhere, and the Grim didn't show up either.

Is her body no longer there?
If her body is no longer there, try checking the household inventory of her sims household and see if the tombstone may be there.

It sounds like it was a glitch that occurred, that the Grim Reaper didn't arrive and there was no urn/tombstone. Were the other members of her family there when she died? I am just checking that you looked in the household inventory as well as the individual personal inventories of the other members of her household.
You could also try rolling back your save game file to an earlier version, before the death took place . These links explain how to do that.
