Awesome update @BUTTONSGINGER I just love Vector. You guys are quick at these challenges. I have barely gotten started. Congrats!! On completing stage one. Now off to find love.
Now, that she was stuck in this house, where to begin? She decided gardening might be a good place to start so she ordered up some seeds. However, her skirt really wasn't great for gardening. Thank goodness she packed some jeans:
Milly is childish, a goofball and cheerful so another item she packed was Uni. He was someone she felt secure with and could tell all her little secrets too. Plus, he loved her when no one else did. She really loved Uni but would never tell no one due to fear of ridicule.
Besides dreaming of meeting someone someday Milly really wanted to run her own Restaurant. She really loved to cook even though it wasn't really good for weight loss. She found people really loved her cooking and it was a way she could express herself without worrying about what people would think of her. Besides, she loved to eat.
Sometimes those Grilled Cheeses called her name:
I love you Uni. You will always be my best friend:
In her rush to pack for this program she packed 5 outfits. Whenever she changes into the one below, it means she is in the mood to bake. 2 of her 5 outfits are aprons.
@Glimmer50@Buttonsginger
Your feedback is valuable and very much appreciated. There are certain things I do automatically and tend to 'forget' *Oops*
First let me verify that you can work on any skill either thru practice or reading books.
Dancing and Photography skills are maxed at Level Five.
I did a survey of the aspirations and have a sort of list to consider when starting the challenge.
Athletic, Deviance, Family or Popularity Aspirations cannot be completed in Stage One of #ChallengeMashUp Creative: Best Selling Author Can be completed in its entirety.
Painter and Musical aspirations require either travel (Painter Step three to museum) or Mentoring (Musical Genius step four). Food: Master Chef & Master Mixologist require joining careers.
Grilled Cheese Can be unlocked by eating 3 Grilled Cheese in a row but Step One requires talking about Grilled Cheese. Fortune: Fabulously Wealthy can be completed but only thru Step Three /'Well-Off' is required.
Mansion Baron is possible but takes too long (in my opinion ) Love: Comes into the picture in Stage Two but you could work on Charisma using a mirror if you like. Nature: Require collecting of some sort. Gardening skill can be gained using the planter box. Popularity: Cannot be completed in Stage One/Room Challenge. The Microphone can be used to boost Social and gain Comedy Skill as a bonus.
@Glimmer50 I got a head start since I played thru the first stages before posting the challenge.
The Childish trait is great because Social and Fun can be boosted by talking to or playing with toys.
@Glimmer50 Looked for Milly Wheeler in the gallery and cannot find her
Looked under @Glimmer50 and #mash and she is not to be found. Did you upload her to the gallery or just save her to your library?

@EuphorialQueen Oops need to save her to the gallery. Sorry about that. Will do that now. I got involved in playing. Okay sheesh checked again and I hadn't hit the button..cripes...She is FOR sure there now LOL. Sorry, been one of those days.
So, besides writer, which one can we complete in Stage One? Isn't that a requirement for the first part, to complete at least one other aspiration besides stage 3 of Fab Wealthy? Or am I misunderstanding something? Sorry, don't mean to be difficult. Just really trying to help out. Most likely I will just complete writer since I have already started it.
You are fine @Glimmer50
I am the crazy lady who just pushed thru that stage with the Writer aspiration.
Since that is the only option I will officially revise the rule for future purposes. No need to begin again. Just going forward through Fortune rule stands. Complete the Well-off stage of Fabulously Wealthy. The option to Max at least one skill at Level 10 also stays. The third requirement will be to either complete the Best Selling Author Aspiration or achieve Level 10 of a second skill.
Perfect example of not only testing your own challenge but to also ask for feedback.
You guys are awesome to be so helpful and patient with me.
♡♡♡
@EuphorialQueen Thanks sweetie I am loving this challenge. It is really so much more fun than I thought it was going to be. I usually don't like playing one Sim but Milly really won me over. I don't know, something about her. I can identify. She is really losing weight and has been baking up a storm. I am shocked but she works out one hour a day. I will post some pictures later. Having a blast. It will be fun to have money for once and be able to build a nice house. Can't wait for that stage. Also I am rooting for her to find love.
Official Amendment Stage One: Surviving the Room Challenge
Once on the lot send your Lucky Sim into the house/room and remove the door.
There can be a bit of outdoor space as long as it is within the limits of the allowed space.
Do not forget the Mailbox and an outdoor trashcan inside your living space.
Goal: Become Well Off by completing stage three of the Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration.
Well-Off Have earned §75K with §35K in Reserve Complete at least one other Aspiration.
Reach at Level 10 of at least one skill. Either complete the Best Selling Author Aspiration Or achieve Level 10 of a second skill. FYI:
Athletic, Deviance, Family or Popularity Aspirations cannot be completed in Stage One of #ChallengeMashUp Aspiration Summary
Only the Best Selling Author or Fortune can be completed during stage one due to game requirements. You can switch to work on any Aspiration you like to gain Aspiration Points.
No leaving the lot.
No Career/Job at this point.
Make your fortune Painting, Crafting, Writing or anything not involving leaving the lot.
Limited Youth Potions can be used since this is a complex challenge.
Try to stay at YA stage as long as possible to be able to complete the next stage. Thank you @Glimmer50 & @Buttonsginger for your feedback
Your are most welcome @EuphorialQueen ! @Glimmer50 I am usually so slow at the challenges but since Vector is the only sim in the household in stage one I played on the fastest speed most of the time. I don't usually do that.
Vector has moved and is setting up his household and is basking in the sunlight! I have a feeling he will be spending most of his time in the great outdoors for sometime. He is looking for love and a job.....wonder where life will lead him?

I usually play in fast I tend to queue up actions then leave them to it. Although It means I sometimes miss when something unusual/unexpected happens as I sometimes forget to pause when I rush off to do stuff in RL
Edit: Forum censors got me.... replaced my other word for rush
This seems like an interesting challenge. Might give it a try once I'm done with my Rosebud Attempt.
LOL, I laugh because I am still working on Rosebud. I will get back to it. I have so many challenges I have started so I am determined to finish this one. I have to have some sort of accomplishment somewhere LOL.
I will be glad for you to join us. Also I am still doing your Traveler challenge. It is another one of my saves. So, after this challenge, I am going to start working on my old saves. Rosebud is next after this one.
@Glimmer50 I'm the opposite at the moment only one challenge on the go and a whole list of new challenges to start. I'm doing them one at a time now I did like to play the different challenges in rotation but since when my pc died a few month's back I've decided to do it this way instead. It was devastating to lose progress on so many different saves. I was able to finish my most important challenge as I was nearly finished and was documenting it on the blog (my Highlander crest attempt )I had saved a version of the family in the gallery as back up (although I had lost a few gens and had to start again with the house (minus upgrades and personalization).
I like that this one incorporates a few different challenges in one so I'll be able to get through my list a little quicker
I enjoyed the Rosebud challenge so much i'm actually on my second attempt. Remember to tag me when you get your Rosebud challenge restarted I'm still waiting to see what/who baby buttons looks like when it grows up
@Charliimai Glad you like this idea. Like @Glimmer50 I too have a "few" saves in reserve. Made a lot of progress in my Highlander save and have shared the household to the gallery at different stages/generations.
The Lonely Hearts Challenge is short and sweet. My founder and her Son both completed that one in #ChallengeMashUp as will future generations. I usually skip the actual dating part but for this challenge it is kind of fun.

Oh MY. You know I write these blogs and then I play the game and honestly I don't think anyone reads my blog LOL. I will tag you when I get back to the Rosebud but here is a picture of their child- Etta. I honestly love this couple. They are a blast to play. I do need to start sticking with ONE challenge at a time though. Luckily I back up my saves so I don't lose them should something crazy happen. Sorry to go OT.

Glad I am not the only one with a "few" saves LOL. But I am determined to finish this one although I am little concerned about making it 5 generations. I usually can't go more than 3 but hopefully this time I will make it. I think I am going to make little goals for each generation to make it easier. I am pretty involved with Milly so that makes it better.

Ten generations is far to many for me to complete. I achieved it once in Sims 4 playing on Short lifespan. By not worrying about meeting too many goals I was able to survive thru the tenth generation becoming a Teen. I figured by combining challenges and setting small goals along the way I can get to the Fifth generation at least.
Just keep in mind Milly is not only the Founder but also Generation One. So you only have four generations to go.
Ahh okay well that will help. 4 more doesn't sound to bad. I once made it 9 generations playing the drifter challenge where with each generation you start over and have new goals for just that generation. Once a month a new mini challenge would come out. For some reason, it worked for me and that is the longest I ever made it. Maybe it was just taking it one generation at a time or something. Anyway, I first have to get through stage one LOL.
