Gallery uploads not appearing

All of a sudden anything I upload to the gallery doesn't show. I get the initial notification to tell me I have uploaded something to the gallery, however when I look at my 'catalogue' none of my new uploads appear, only my ones from when I first purchased the game. Any ideas as to why???

Hello

Have you ticked the "include CC content" box in the advanced section of the filter in the gallery? It needs to be ticked for your uploads to show up if you have included CC in them.

Also it never stays ticked when I leave the gallery!

I don't have my uploads disappear, but I can't see on them how many people have favorited/downloaded them. Really frustrating especially when I can see on the first gallery screen that people have downloaded it. Maybe a lesser part of the same glitch?

I have the same problem. It is the CC that is causing it not to show up in the library. The "include cc content" is not available to me in the Advanced options so I don't know how else to fix this. I'm thinking we will have to wait for another patch? Or maybe it'll never get resolved for CC users :(

My uploads show up at the gallery in-game but not on thesims.com. Anybody know the reason for this? /so confused :(

I was having this problem too, and the CC thing fixed it. Just one problem with that...I don't *have* any custom content. Never downloaded any. I have all the stuff, game, and expansions, and "patch" items officially released but no CC.

Hello @Aprilise.
There are other simmers that are having the same issue, of the game saying that their sims have cc on them, although they have never downloaded cc for their game.
A workaround if you would like to upload your sims to the gallery and want them to be cc free is to start a new game, go to CAS, replace the random sim that is there with your modded cc Sim ( what the game is saying has cc) from your library , and then save the sim to your library again.

With your builds, if you have any sim taken photos or paint by reference paintings in the builds, remove them and see if that helps to stop them being classed as having cc. The game has been classing the photos /paintings as cc although they're aren't.

the paintings and pictures could be it for the builds, because i have been having them take pictures with spouses/family. I did upload a park that uploaded fine. As long as I can see the uploads on the gallery it's really more of an annoyance for now. I do hope it gets resolved though.
