Can't save played sims to my library..?

I like to play different sims, get them jobs and level up some skills, and then save them to my library,but it seems like I cant do that any more..? Or am I missing something here? I have played 4 girls in a house, wanted to split them up and save them to library.I went manage household, in cas I started new household,moved sim out.Then I went to unnplayed household, and in cas again save household to my library, it say it is saved,but when I go to library it is not there...So am I doing it wrong? Is it another way to do this? I also get this cc symbol when I download again my own created sims ( got a new pc) and I don't use cc.

Hello
Check that the " include cc content" button is ticked in the advanced section of the filter in the gallery. This will help them to appear in your library.
There are other simmers that are having the same issue, of the game saying that their sims have cc on them, although they have never downloaded cc for their game.

I tried,it did not work. I also tried to repair the game,it still did not work to save played sims to library . Tried to save them in the game when played,did not work. But I found a way , what I did is this ; I could still see them,the saved group where the messages are,at "Home" I downloaded from there into Cas, and deleted 3,saved 1 to library,it worked,did that 4 times,and now I have them all separated in my Library, ready to be put out some other time when I want them in my game again,with jobs and some skills allready build up..;-)

I am glad that you were able to find a way to save your sims to your library.
