Hello
Your tray folder is in your Documents -electronic arts -sims 4 folder.
The build will be in your library section of the gallery. If you are finding it hard to see the build, make sure that you have ticked " include cc content" in the advanced section of the filter in the gallery.
You can then go into build mode on the lot that you would like to place the home on, click the gallery button up on the right hand side of the screen, then find the home in your library and place the home in your game.

I still can't find them in my library. I put them in my tray folder, but they are in a folder inside the tray folder. Could that be why I can't find?

I found them it's all good!! Thank you much your help!
Hello @beckyisrllybored .
Welcome to the forums If you are installing cc homes, you do need to unzip the files and place the files directly into the tray folder without the files being in any subfolders.
