  No. (Unless someone's made a Sims 2-Style Time mod, but I haven't seen one.) The next day will happen, but nothing happens to the Sims in the meantime. Sounds like the Challenge rules need tweaking to acknowledge how time and aging work in Sims 4?

  Thank you, I'm just worried that there will be romantic interactions between Sims while I am not there.
  Also, do you know where I'd be able to post a challenge? Is it okay if I post it on the Sims Forums?

  If you make a separate save for the bachelor challenge (use the + in the upper right when you open the game) then the days will be independent of time in your other saves.
