Haven't edited in sooo long and wanted a Halloween avi. Bit rough but oh well! Tried to make it look like the flames were actually illuminating here, but I really struggle with that
That CC bikini changes the model's body SO much... Didn't realise.
P.S. I know the hair could do with a few more strands overlapping instead of all very neat to add realism, so I'm gonna do that next time. Should be working on dissertation so didn't wanna take too long :P
No problem! I was having one of my weird 24-hour colds/allergy attack so you're not the only sick one XD
Hope you feel better soon! I had a job interview yesterday and looked like a total sniffly mess, so not hopeful! I'm out tonight for Halloween (student night, Saturday's a lot more expensive) so that's probably going to make it 10x worse. I'm a bad stayer-in-beder.
@Cudan2 thank you! Thanks for when you gave me tips, too. I really tried to take them on board.
@Greenlover331 I meant more the overall shot was doo doo, I was relatively happy with the hair. I just didn't punctuate because I'm a rEbEl wHo cAnT bE tAmEd +*+* or I was just very tired. I'm really not a lover of my shots whenever I try and do an in-game background (@colormepink teach me!)
Vid, I also loveee your edit. Agreed with Nini in another thread that it's your best so far. The dress! Wow! I'm so bad at using stock clothes, you did it so well
@Vi Thank you so much. It means a lot for you to say that.
@Joe Thank you. It was like one big experiment and risk, because I never used stock clothing before really. It could have went horribly wrong, so I'm glad it worked out.
Your In-game shot looks great to me. I use lots of invisible lights, settings full of clutter, lots of recoloring with CASt, and then some editing to bump up the quality. Sharpening and lighting/contrast are definitely a must. Hues, saturation, and smoothing with smudge too. Most of the time though I'm just lucky to have high graphics and perfect lighting. Lighting really throws off my pics sometimes. -_-
But pfff your in-game photo looks really good and I love your hair drawing.

Where'd you DL that bikini set? It gets the perf cleavage and could help when I edit, because shading right can be hard at times.
AMAZING edit, btw.

Thank you so much! I wanna get to your seamless level of hair drawing but don't have much time to practice at the moment.
I'll link you when I'm on my PC later. It is a handy bit of CC but it really changes your model's physique.
I also find JS Sim's cleavage accessory helpful if my model is wearing clothes and needs a better looking cleavage

I never made a dress piece by piece before. Not a successful one anyway.
