This is what happened in my game yesterday (forgot to post lol):
My sim, Amanda, got a promotion so decided to buy a new car and take it out for a spin
Earlier that day, after she got the promotion and before she bought the new car, she purchased a lottery ticket - she had traveled to the future to see if she could get lucky - and low and behold, while she was at her BFF's place, she became a millionaire winning $1,250,000!!!!
She is so excited, now she can buy that dream home she always wanted. She's hoping her love interest, Cole, will want to share it with her...who knows?
@PixelsSquared - how did you get Hank to look like THAT!??? LOL and love the name Jack for a puppy

@emorrill , this is my favourite thread on the forums! I can only play my game on weekends and I miss it a lot during the week, so I'm addicted to looking at what other people are doing in their games. And it seems that the number of people posting here is growing!
Not today, but the last time I was playing, this is what happened in my game..
Little bit of backstory. I remade a sim from my TS2 game, the son of Nervous Subject. His name was Malien. He was half alien. When I remade him for TS3, he is just 100% human. He got abducted and for the first time ever in my game, my sim got pregnant while abducted. I named his daughter Aurora. She'd recently joined scouting after school and was proud of her badges.
I have been working on populating a small world and decided I needed to start adding in some more interesting characters. So I made a grumpy old man, Wilbur Mook. He hates kids, hates life, is angry a lot and just an all-around miserable old coot. He's awesome. So of course I have to send Aurora over to welcome the dude to the neighborhood and she wanted to show off her badges. Wilbur didn't give two poops about her badges and found her incredibly annoying.
Then things went downhill and he became insulting, it was great!
So I sent her home and she hung out with her dad, they had a great evening. Wilbur stayed holed up in his trailer, can't wait to see him out and about.
Recently re-installed my games now I have a new PC, currently building a big house to play a new family who are animal mad, should have them moved in tomorrow so i am excited about that. I'm loving reading everyone's stories, its giving me loads of ideas of things I want to try out in my own game.
@PixelsSquared when you remake Pauline Wan I want to see that!!!
AMAZING job with Hank! You can't even recognize him. He looks hotter though, even though he wasn't bad looking before.

I once had a sim graduate high school, win 3MIL from the lottery and find out that she was pregnant right after.
@Sincerbox - you beat me too it! LOL and love the wedding reception! @emorrill - You go to the future and get the winning lotto numbers at city hall, then go back to the present and buy a $10 ticket. I don't always win a million when I do it. I think once I only won like 100 bucks, which was a disappointment and a waste of a trip to the future HAHA but it's fun to do
I decided to create some of the "antagonist" ponies to place in my Ponyville world that someone requested I do earlier (was is you @lanlyn or you @PalmArrow ? I can't remember ) but anyway, since space is limited I put them all in one house.
I decided to create Filthy Rich and his daughter, the pretty, but snotty: Diamond Tiara.

But yeah, because of space I had to combine the other two antagonist pony characters I wanted to add. They are going to be one big antagonist family!
I created Trixie (The Great and Powerful ) and was thinking of making her be married to Filthy Rich in my game, but decided no. She will just be a roommate...with the Gold Digger Lifetime wish! Heh heh heh. Here is her pony character:

Sometimes I refer to their outfits on the Equestria Girls movies to get ideas on what to dress them in as Sims.
Lastly, I created Diamond Tiara's best friend on the show: Silver Spoon. I went ahead and decided to make her and Diamond Tiara sisters in my game. Her pony character:

It's hard getting those skin tones right sometimes...
But anyway, I will play as them sometime soon. For now they will just be in the world all with the "Snob" traits and we can see what kind of trouble they cause.
Speaking of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls...I think the dolls are creepy looking, but the movies are actually pretty awesome in my opinion. It's like seeing my simmies singing and dancing. lol! NOTE: the guy playing the guitar after Twilight Shows up is Flash Sentry. Yeah, there's a high probability they will hook it up in my game.

Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up early at Garden House and got ready for the day quickly before eating breakfast.
They got home to tend to chores and to start writing on their computers for a while as the letter carrier came to drop off some mail.
They spent a while writing on their computers as it continued pouring rain outside.
They eventually stopped to get ready for work since they were having to work from 6PM until 9PM.
They got home at 9PM and got another section of their workshop done after work.
They both ate leftover salad for dinner before getting to bed and had failed to notice the salad had gone bad.

My sim Eleanor is exploring Al Simhara. I was looking at the map while she was sleeping, so I didn't notice that she woke up about 5 AM and immediately started playing her guitar. When I zoomed in on her, I saw that she was making a French explorer very angry:
She did manage to smooth it over, though. They are friends now.
Al Simhara is so beautiful! In the daytime you can actually see the heat in the air.

She got old. It's going to be so weird, doing a legacy where everyone around them dies so fast while they carry on forever.
I haven't played Hudson since last April & gone back to deal w/ a large fire. Nonetheless he did got an upgraded fire extinguisher.
Of course he has to break doors to rescue sims.
He gets to live in my latest house which he moved from an old house w/ enough money.
This is what he looks like w/o the helmet & doing an upgrade to his computer.
Seems there were bad vibes going on w/ berate ignorance.
