Your picture is great! @colbyfromage Your sketching of the man is very well done! It looks great how you have drawn his hair and his hand. There is a lot of detail in the picture, and expresses a lot through the symbols and images used. You are very creative and artistic!
Your artwork is very nice! @Donsvlinder :)It reflects the Spa Day theme very well! The picture is very calming! The lotus flowers look nice around the edge of the woman. The blue colour of the background adds a sense of serenity and rest.
Thankyou very much for sharing the picture with us
EDIT: Maybe I should mention that my inspiration for this came from the new Jurassic World movie and the Lego game associated with it; I suppose it's what I imagine a graphical representation of extracting DNA from mosquitos looks like.
Here's a new piece of art I made in a few hours yesterday. It took a lot of patience, haha. @colbyfromage That picture looks amazing.
Your picture looks very great! @Emmaleen You are very creative in your depiction of obtaining the DNA from a mosquito. Thankyou very much for sharing the picture here!
@EmmaLeen Thank you!!! It amuses me, I guess is the best way to put it.
Your picture has a degree of perfection I can't imagine beginning to think about starting to make in any form whatsoever. Haha. I don't think people who haven't painted metal (and its associated shininess/reflections) can appreciate just how hard it is to do it and make it actually look like metal.
@Donsvlinder Sorry, I just caught your comment. Thank you. Your pic is both simple and complex at the same time, a good combo of realism/simplicity. I can appreciate the correctness of all the anatomy and know it's harder than it looks to do right. Also, pink hair rocks!

@colbyfromage It's so cool, I just can't get over it
It's actually not that difficult once you get the gist, but if you look at the first copy I have of that particular vector... Phew, it's got a difference like day and night.
EDIT: Added the first draft of the vector below. Put them beside eachother and compare!
Your paintings are so very special! @afiery1 You are a very talented artist! They are so very lovely! The paintings in the set of 12 are very expressive! Thankyou so very much for sharing each of the paintings with us!
I really want to get more involved with painting. I had a huge interest when I was young but that later had gone away due to life getting complicated. I want to get a job as a photographer. I'm more of a "vintage-y" person. I mostly take pictures of graffiti since I find it so fascinating what you can do with a spray can(I don't know if you would call graffiti vintage-y, but what evs.) I also have a huge interest in interior design. I might major in Art when I go to college, but who knows.. maybe I'll find a different intrest down the road. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hello @CassidySimmer I hope that current studies are going well. It would be good to major in Art at college with your interest in interior design, photography and painting. If you would like to share any of your artwork here in this thread when you are able to post pictures, you are very welcome to post them here

This one is really nice! Somehow he reminds me of Edward Nigma from the Gotham television series, don't know if you watch it?
It sure would!
One of a series of 12 paintings. This one is entitled: Art Awakenings.
This frog is one of five panels I painted on an old door.
Another painting in the 12 painting series. This one is entitled, "The Magic of Art"
Similar to the one above, this is entitled, "Transcendence".
