  It may help if you delete your cache files

  Also it may help if you repair the game. To repair the game, right click the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

  Check that the houses in the other worlds are all Residential, that none lost their Residential status.

  I had to uninstall Orgin and reinstall. Also had to move my sims from the house to another house. the house was corrupted.
  But I lost my in game gallery.
