    Hi :D





    I am building this lot with completed exterior and landscaping, completed floor plan and decorating with lastly a kitchen and bathrooms lightly furnished for you to make the rest of the lot your own!


    The entrance will be from the right of the lot with a drive and a pool and their will be a back exit to!




    Only Base game content to be used!

      Your WIP looks very nice! :) The design of it is very nice! Very nice water fountains feature in the front area of the build ! It looks nice how you have placed the glass fencing around the edge of the lavender flowers. It looks very nice how you have placed the lights on the lights on the exterior walls and in the water. The texture and blue colour of the walls are nice. It looks great how you have used the hedge fencing in the balcony. It will be a very nice unfurnished home for simmers to download and enjoy furnisjing to suit their sims.

      The upper level pool looks great! :) Very nice water fountain features on the sides of the ground level. The lights look nice on the exterior walls, both where the water fountains are as well as on the sides of the glass windows. It looks nice the type of balcony railing fencing you have used.

      I am very happy to hear you like the design of it so far and I will be updating for the rest the the exterior later and try to complete the landscaping today!


      I want it to be in the same street as neutral living as this is the second house out of 4 I will to put together, so your going to see the color chose again in the next two builds!

      The front garden area of the build is so very nice! :) It looks very nice how you have placed the plants and trees in the curbing areas on the side and front sections of the home! The layout of the plants looks great! Very nice water feature! It looks nice how you have done the glass fenced plant island section in the water. The water fountains either sides of the island section looks nice. The rocks look great placed on the edge of the home, and in the plants section in the front edge section of the build. . The brown ground texture looks nice. The pots of plsnts are nice touches either sides of the entrance to the lot.
      It looks so very nice! :)

      WIP looks great! You're obviously paying great attention to detail so I'm sure it's going to be immaculate when it comes out. It also reminded me of the Seattle Seahawks (colors maybe) and being from Washington State, I'm all about the HAWKS! Great job!

      The completed exterior and garden looks so very nice! :) Very nice water features at the front and back areas of the build! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers on the edges of the fountains in the water and have the glass fencing around the plants in the middle of the water. It looks so very nice how you have placed the plants, trees and rocks through the outdoors areas! Very nice outdoors dining and bar area! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food in the outdoors air at the table, enjoying such nice surroundings of the plants, trees and the water feature to see whilst dining! They will enjoy sitting there having a drink from the bar and a chat too. The patterned floor rug under the dining table looks nice and goes well with the black colour of the bbq and bar. It looks very nice how you have placed the hedge fencing on the sides of the upper pool patio area. It looks very nice how you have placed the shelving and the lights on the exterior of the building. The blue colour and the texture of the exterior of the home looks very nice. The layout of the outdoors areas is very nice.
      It is a very nice home! :)

      Okay I decided to add more basic furnishing in the lounge, and bedrooms because it just looked too empty but have left the house with white walls and not much decor so anybody who would like to download this home you can make the rooms your own or just add to the basic ones i finish below!



      I have had a lot of fun building my second house to go in the same street as neutral living and will be doing my 3rd after my cottage landscaping is complete!

      I like your architecture, great use of blue and white color scheme! I also like your use of shelving in the windows too! Your landscaping looks very adorable too! I like your garden area and water features at the front and back, even the pool area upstairs.
      I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product of it. :smiley:
