Oh yeah, I agree that's not an epic saga like Sims 1 to 3 who's unfolding before us
You know why I'm staying here when I absolutely don't like Sims 4 and could have left the forums ? Because I have a lot of fun reading and answering in the various threads and talking with great peoples
And I'm curious to see what's going to happen to the game XD

with better technology in this day and age
you'd think they would fix and better up their servers.
I wonder how many people will use the trial and will go "Whoa I am so going to buy this, it's a shame they didn't put toddlers and open world in this trial" and then they buy the game and go: "WHAT!!! I paid $50.00 for this - WHERE IS EVERYTHING!" That's pretty much what I said when I first played it
I don't know if this is a good idea, but I hope that it will work. However, I feel like Maxis should do more surveys on what the players want from The Sims 4 in the future, like what kind of family features we'd like to have, gameplay features, small improvements etc. if they did that and actually put some ideas from those in production, I would think they listened to us a lot more. Just some comments by SimGurus on the forum threads like "we read Ideas and Feedback sections every day" and "we hear you" doesn't feel enough to me to be honest.
And what's incredible, it's that Sims 2 got a revival almost no one believed in even if a community was still here XD
And in my opinion, it's not doing Sims 4 any favor that his old big brother is back and kicking
Even Sims 3 who was disliked by some got some new love XD
Poor Sims 4, he's really unlucky XD
You know @ULIBABA66, I think they don't really need to to survey when they have a forum full of players' wants /wishes and ideas
@linesa I am also curious to see how The Sims 4 turns out. For me its the best Sims game I have ever played and yet I still think it is badly made. I have played The Sims 3, though I didn't play it for long so that's probably why I prefer The Sims 4. Either way, for me to keep playing The Sims 4 EA need to improve it on a massive scale!!
Has anyone pointed out that Origin often do free trials of their new games. I think they've had Fifa and Titanfall on there too. And since Fifa has been the top selling PC game on most charts for a while, I think it's fair to say that it is a marketing technique that works for them.
But FIFA is Glitchy and there are people who hack in it.
and then there are the super FIFA freaks
who memorized every button and combo
and gets ultra mad if you tackle them

But I'm still curious to see what he'll become ^^
