Bridges! and other impossibilities.

I absolutely love bridges and the dynamic and elegance they bring. As most of us know there are no bridges in TS4 right now that we can place. So I have been trying to create a way around this restriction (as we all do with everything in the sims)

I figure if I extend the back past the bridge it will look better. I didn't think it would come out this good if at all so I built it on a smaller lot. But now that I like it Ill move it to a bigger one and add on from there. What do you think about bridges in TS4? and have you been trying to get around anymore restrictions in the game. Ex I wanted arches on the building next to my pool but because they extend over the pool even with move.objects cheat I'm not allowed to place them.

I've been struggling with this with the house I'm currently working on.
I'd give everything for an L shaped stairs!
