Hollywood Modern is a very nice home! The layout of the home is very nice! Very nice balconies! Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors on the seats on the balconies enjoying the sunshine and the outdoors views. Very nice exterior design of the home. The texture of the exterior looks great. Very nice pool area. The water fountain feature at the front of the build looks very nice! Sims will have fun playing basketball on the outdoors court. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Nice textures that you have used for the walls through the home. Very nice design of the kitchen and dining room! It looks great the type of and how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there. The bar stool counter is great. It looks nice how you have placed the floor rugs under the table. Sims will enjoy having the sunlight coming in onto them through the windows whilst dining there. Very nice entertaining room! It looks great how you have placed the tables and chairs there. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating food from the buffet table. The bi level living room is great! It looks great how you have the upper bookcase and reading area part and then the lower level part of the living room for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofa or arm chair watching TV. Nice study desk nook area in the entrance area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book from the corner bookcase nook. Very nice design of and furnishing of the bedrooms. The blue, black and white coloir scheme of the master bedroom looks nice.

Pine Ridge Soririty House is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the home! Very nice outdoors entertainment, living and pool area. Sims will enjoy cooking and dining outdoors there, as well as having fun swimming in the pool or enjoying relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The patterns that you have used for the walls of the rooms look very nice.It looks very nice how you have done the texture of the walls in the pink and white bathroom. It is a very nice picture of the home in Wintertime with the Chrstmas lights on it.
