    I tried to recreate my last sims 3 lot for sims 4 and this is the final result, hope you like it :)




    DOH now its saying I have to be here a little longer to post links :( I really wish they would sort out these forums properly

      Gave you some likes. Just type for example # in the start of the link, or something else. It's a hassle to open it but you can at least share a link that way:)

      I looked at your house...its really nice! Very well decorated and a perfect suburban. :)

      That's a beautiful house! I love the landscaping, too - that's a great use of those trimmed trees. Very pretty! :)

      Your Coastal Suburbia is a very nice house :) It has a very quaint and homely seaside cottage feel inside, and a lovely traditional-style exterior, it looks great!

      Coastal Suburbia is very nice! :) Very nice exterior of the home. It looks great how you have done the windows. It is nice that you have done both a sims 3 and a sims 4 version of the home. The brick fencing and the gated entrance looks very nice. Very nice kitchen! The design of it is great! It looks nice that you have used a blue colour scheme for it, and the mugs rack, eggs basket, hanging pots and the plates decor on the wall are nice kitchen touches. The fruit bowl on the table is nice for sims to see whilst enjkying sitting there eating their meals. Very nice living room! Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa or armchair, resting in front of the fire reading a book from the bookcase. The patterned floor rug looks nice there and the picture frames on the fireplace ledge are nice touches. The shoes rack and coat/hat shelf beside the front door looks homely.
      It is a very nice home! :)

      The Hawthornes is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior of it! The roofing looks great! It looks very nice how you have done the flowers and plants. Nice water fountain feature. Great curved back patio for sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their meal on the table there, enjoying the outdoors air. Very nice design of the kitchen! The curved bar stool counter is great! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets on the walls, and the pattern that you have used for the walls looks nice. The egg basket on the counter and the pans on the wall are nice kitchen touches. Very nice living room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there watching tv or reading a book from the bookcase. It looks nice how you have placed the pictures on the fireplace wall, and sims will enjoy seeing them as they warm up in front of the fire. The pig looks great on the fireplace ledge.
      It is a great home! :)
