Lol I have been following your progress on your Urbz thread! I love it and I definitely want play it when it's done! My goal with Simsville is to kind of make it a collaboration of all sims games, so I model lots and sims to be the Simsville versions of themselves. I can't wait to see what you guys think of my next couple of Uploads, which will be some more stuff from Simsville.
small little update. I have finished a whole bunch of lots and I am going in game to take some more screenshots of Simsville, but I thought I would upload these from my new lot up in my studio. It's for my alien family The Smiths. I hope you guys like it and you can all look forward to some more screens coming up tonite!!!
this house looks normal from the ground floor, but the three floors underneath show where the Smith family really lives. the first bottom floor holds the kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with upper views of the inner garden. the next floor has both bedrooms and the access to the garden. it also has charging stations for plumbots that can be created in the science room held in the third floor of the alien underground home. there is also a training area on the bottom floor. hope you guys like it and I can't wait to see what you guys think of all you will see in my next update tonite!!! happy simming!!
so as promised, here is an updated to Simsville. mind you it is not a large update. I have been extremely busy lately, I just went on an audition and a call back for a local theater production of "Avenue Q" and I haven't had much time for Simming! but even though it has been slow, im am still working hard to complete Simsville! so, here are some Screenshots...
here is and upper view... still looking a little barren
Since my last update, I have had to completely redo Simsville, and My new test family is ms. Periwinkle Jackson. She is the local daycare lady.
I have added a Central Park Area across from the city hall.
As you can see here, the warf district has been completely emptied and is ready for another makeover
this is the Anchor Café
and this is the area across from it where apartments will be put up and also a bakery!
next to the café is Diamond Heights Salon and Spa
Behind there is the Movie Theater ( or as I like to pretend, the playhouse, I love theater and musicals! )
and next to it is the Big Show Venue
this is Neon East Nightclub
and behind it is the upcoming art gallery next to it. it will make use of the glass blowing art studio content.
That's all I have for tonight. let me know what you think!!!
As long as SimRealtor says it's okay, she built the world and it is on her site as Rosewood Lite. I'm am only building lots and filling it with sims, but I would love to upload it after it's done. I will have screenshots up soon
Just built a gym for Simsville
the outside needs some more "Razzle Dazzle" lol
but inside...
It's completely packed with all the things Sims need to get pumped, plus his and hers steam room.
Next, an Art Museum...
it also will be getting a exterior facelift lol
inside...
and each of the "World Adventures" destinations get there own exhibit
Eygpt
China
and France.
There is also an area for artists to come and work on projects of there own. There is also an empty exhibit room on the second floor that can be used to showcase Sims art.
I've also completed my second part to the town square that is an outdoor festival grounds. Here you can see it is set up for summer
I took some pictures off the inside of the finished "Big Show" Venue I made.
Here's a Laundromat
there is even an office upstairs for the owner.
I brought the fast food place from the university town over to Simsville too.
Here are some from inside the salon
there is also a break room in back, complete with a drawing board (to go back to lol)
around town, I opted to conserve space by putting this business tower w/ restaurant together with the Spa building
here are some pictures of Simsville at night, in the rain...
I will have more pics up tonight of my work and also I will be uploading some of the lots featured in Simsville.
1. Spin City Laundromat
2. Simsville Fire Station
3. The Will Wright Memorial Library
4. Simsville Art Society Museum
5. Periwinkle's Playhouse ( Daycare House )
Look for them tonight.
And don't forget to let me know what you think.
What a wonderful town! You're doing a great job. Very creative and realistic. I liked how you paid attention to details. For example: the color lights on the paintings in the museum. Neat idea!
Thank you so much! This project has taken so long because of that attention to detail lol. And if you think the lots have detail, wait till you see how OCD I am about how my Sims look lol!
