Short Story about the house:
The house is perfect for autumn loving sims! Perfect for newly weds,newly parents or single sims who want to have a family! The house is perfect combination of modern and andalusian spanish culture. It is created on Monte Vista World.
Basement has nectary room where you can create lovely nectars with garden ingrients exists on the garden,bar and sitting area where you can host parties and accept ur friends,sport room where there is big movie screen,and 1 bathroom! Ground floor has 2 half closed partio,living room,kitchen&winter garden, study area, entrance area and 1 bathroom & laundry! First floor has nursary, bedroom with bathroom,hobby room bathroom,balcony!
This modernised Cape Cod Cottage for Barnacle Bay has simple, contemporary interiors. Everything in the house has been upgraded to fireproof or unbreakable. It costs 97,759.
On the ground floor of the main house are located a fire-lit sitting room, a kitchen/dining room with back garden access, a full bathroom, a nursery with two cots, and a potty training room for the nursery. I kept the nursery furnishings to a minimum so parents would have space to interact with the children. All the toddler skill books are in the bookcase in the entrance hall, and lots of perfect quality ingredients can be found in the fridge.
Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and a private balcony. Next to it, is a small single bedroom with a tiny bathroom (a toilet and shower in their own room, and a sink in the bedroom). I was using it for my butler until I had to fire him for preferring to spend his days next door at the science facility sitting by the fountain...
Anyway, the back garden can be accessed either through the garage or the dining room. Here I've planted a few perfect quality harvestables - bell pepper, garlic, cheese, steak, egg, life, flame, and omni plants. There is a nice pool too, but it's only really meant for a couple of sims to move about in. If you don't want uninvited guests wondering into the garden or into the house through the dining room archway, lock the single garage door to allow family only.
The garage has been converted to a guest or teen suite, with two double beds (but pushed up against the wall to allow access from only one side), and a full en suite bathroom. There are no hobby objects here, but there is a little floor space left if you want to place them. I believe the room is also just big enough (4x8 I think) to divide up into two doubles if you have many sims to sleep, that's just not how I chose to use the space.
NB: I used the tractor paths to do the driveway, but they aren't showing up on the content list. You'll have to paint on your own pathways if you don't own Grandpa's Grove.
An ideal spot for the late night coffee drinker to grab a favorite hot beverage, a light snack and possibly a Live Show. I named the lot this because the show portion wound up looking a bit like a jazz club, there's coffee to be had and Hidden Springs is supposed to be about relaxing and rejuvenating.
The door to the live show portion of the build is on the Subalpine Blvd. street side. but the coffee house has an interior connection to the stairwell also.
Community garden in the back with most of the plants from University - How else does this place serve the finest gourmet blends?
I had some extra room that I didn't know what to do with, so I made an employee office/lounge. It's locked though so Sims shouldn't go and disappear back there unless you want them to. I also thought this would make a good kitchen area for those that have or get the Business as Usual Bistro or the new Baker's items.

This weathered old shop sits at 61 Driftwood Drive in Barnacle Bay and provides the local sims with a place to buy and sell their arts, crafts, potions, and much more. On the ground floor you'll find a fireplace with rocking chairs and book cases. There are also a relics register, books register, and elixir register. All three are open 24-7. In home worlds, the relics register will only sell a couple of common metals and/or gems, though these can sometimes be useful for elixirs. Off to the side is a converted garage which functions as a small workshop for sims wanted to paint or invent. A spiral staircase leads upstairs from here to a WC.
From the main shop floor, sims can head out into the garden or up the main staircase to the consigment register (open 9am-6pm), alchemy station, sculpting station, gem cutting machine, and a further fireplace with rocking chairs. The garden features another seating area, three chess tables, and a harvestable alchemy garden, containing most of the plants needed to make my favourite elixirs, all perfect quality of course. There is a small greenhouse so sims won't have to go totally without ingredients in the winter months.
This build should be placed on a corner lot if you don't want to have to make modifications. If you don't have a corner lots available, I suggest deleting the side driveway.
Crafts & Collectables costs 67,635 to buy and is fully upgraded so brings in 10,000 a week. It is zoned as an elixir store so will have spawners. As always with spawners, if you're rotating the lot in order to place it you'll need to go into buydebug and delete duplicates.
