Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you that I'm following every inch this thread from day one I find the contest very interesting and exciting also having to build on such a small space is very challenging of your skills ...some may think it's easy but it takes quite the eye to create a boat,house or community lot if you are planning on doing it correctly following all rules and in the end having a product that's not only functional but pleasing to the eye....
I have read and looked at every screen shot that was entered so far and I must say it's brilliant and some to most of you have used your creative genius and came up with an entry that is profoundly skillful art at it's finest...but each and every one of you deserves a thumbs up :thumbup: for creating an idea that was taken from your mind to a floor plan and that in itself is remarkable to say the least...
The judges will have a really tight yet hard time deciding the winners 1,2 and 3 in each category because some of you are neck in neck with your creativity you put in and your ending product is frankly superb and the decor is fabulous one small item used in the right way can make an entire room scream remarkable!!! and not knowing any of the people that entered I can honestly say I have my favorites some that stood out so amazingly that I had to leave a comment on this thread...
so this is what I decided to do something that I do every time an challenge show is coming on television like the Oscars, MTV, Hells kitchen,project runway, rupaul drag race,building contest.. ect... I always write down who I feel will be first, second , third or whatever in each category and I compare my answers to the final decisions and not to toot my own horn "toot toot" I find that I an almost never wrong...so far as this contest I'm sure more entries are coming in and once I know everyone has entered I will get my little pen and pad and start making my notes and come up with my own winners just for fun of course 8) ...I must say again some of you so far I know for a fact will be number one by the real judges because your work is simply amazing
I have many fans on this forum and this contest /thread have given me so many new fans to follow I have rec. all and will download <if it's ok> every single one of these lots and will play them in a world that I will re-edit and once it's empty I will fill them with all of the art I see here today and the ones soon to come and with no cc that is a true blessing because I never use cc so I'm very happy about that... I have also tried to take a look at everyone mypage and look in the studios and the ones that have lots with no cc in them I felt like a kid a candy store :P
To the OP I love contest like these and in the future If you ever hold a contest like this one or maybe one of the the ones I named above I would love to be apart of it in anyway that is helpful < giving simpoints,Judging or helping out in other ways you see fit > Thank you in advance and that to all the entries please I hope my comments didn't make anyone nervous just a tad bit more :oops: :oops:

Comfy Cozy Cabin is a nice home corettabarajas Great textures that you have used for the exterior, and for the interior walls. It looks great how you have done the windows. The greenhouse windows look great. . Nice furnishing of the interior. Great design of the kitchen. The corner angle of kitchen windows is nice for sims to enjoy having sunlight coming in whilst they are preparing meals there. It looks nice how you have done the curtains,. Great bar stool counter. The vase of flowers on the counter is nice for sims to see when sitting on the stool eating a meal. The clock on the wall and the hanging pot plant are nice touches in the kitchen area. The countertop pattern looks nice. It looks great how you have placed the bookshelves into the corner window area. Great bed loft area. The scenic fishing picture on the side wall is nice and restful to wake up to. Great living room area, Sims will enjoy painting on the easel, whilst looking out through the nearby windows at what is happening outdoors. The tv watching area is a nice place for sims to relax on the sofa , have a read of a book from the nature themed bookcase or enjoy watching a program on the tv, It looks nice that you have placed a plant on top of the tv for sims to see when sitting there.. The corner fireplace looks warming and nice. Nice patterned floor mat that you have used there.
It is a nice cabin home
The Music Box looks a fun place for sims to visit Wyrren It looks great how you have used the glass windows , creating a nice light filed atmosphere where sims can enjoy sunlight coming in and also being able to look outdoors at what is happening outside. It looks great how you have done the front steps entrance. Great layout of the levels of the build. Sims will enjoy dancing to the music on the dance floor. It looks great how you have done the curved sofa seating alcove. Nice shade of purple that you have used there for the seating and floor mat,The mask that you have placed on the wall adds a great look to the area. Great bar area for sims to get a drink from. Sims will have fun blowing bubbles on the machine. Great colours that you have used for the seats of the bubble machine. It is great that sims can get a photo taken of themselves in the photo booth. The posters on the wall add to the great atmosphere of the build.It is great that you have speakers playing music through the venue.

Birdies Coffee and Tea House is very nice Kgaff Very nice exterior of it ! Nice shade of green that you have used for the exterior walls and the roof pattern looks great. The flower box windows and the bay window look nice, It is great that sims can enjoy both eating indoors and outside. It looks very nice how you have set up the umbrella covered tables and chairs outdoors. Sims will enjoy sitting outside in the sunshine and outdoors air. It is nice that you have placed comfortable sofa seats there for sims to enjoy resting on too. The birdhouse decor on the wall near the front door looks nice. It looks pretty how you have recoloured the menu board sign using a bird themed pattern. Very nice flowers and water feature on the side of the building,Nice furnishing of the interior, The birds and floral pattern that you have used for the walls of the upper book reading area looks very nice.The teaset on the round table there is a nice touch. Nice comfortable sofa seating for sims to sit, relax and read a book. Great recolouring and types of the curtains through the two levels of the build,The hanging pot plants near the dining window look nice there. The kitchen countertop pattern looks nice. Sims will enjoy getting a coffee from the machine there,

It's a tiny world is a great Victorian style home SummerFalls Great exterior of it. The wall paneling of the exterior and the type of windows you have used look nice. It looks pretty how you have done the flowers around the edge of the front of the house. The fencing looks great. Great eat in area in the kitchen. The floral floor mat that you have placed under the table looks nice. Great tv watching nook area for sims to sit on the seat there and enjoy seeing a program. Nice pattern that you have used for the bed.

Cuddled Consignments is a great place to go to for buying and selling goods SummerFalls It looks great how you have used the cornices for the exterior. It looks great how you have the 2 double door entrances and exits into and from the shop. It looks nice how you have placed the plants in the square pots outside the front of the shop. The type of ceiling lights that you have used inside the shop look nice. Great pictures that you have placed on the walls. It is great that you have the dumpster on the side of the build for rebel sims to have fun going dumpster diving in, The crates on the other side of the shop look great.

When I was a little girl, my dad had an ice cream truck, and I remember sitting in the front seat eating Captain Crunch strawberry shortcake ice cream bars, while listening to "Music Box Dancer" play over the loud speaker. There would be kids running out of their houses, yelling "Stop ice cream man!" My dad always had a few really cheap ice cream options for kids who didn't have much money. And he gave away ice cream to those who didn't have any at all. The name of my dad's Ice cream company was "American Ice Cream and Novelties" He was a very patriotic man, who served in the navy during the Korean war. This Drive through burger joint is in honor of him. It has fair prices, a place for the kids to have fun, great food. And it is sure to be a place to create some happy memories for your sims. The build is great! Great design of it ! Sims will enjoy eating there. It looks great how you have set up the outdoor dining tables and seats, The type of furniture and decor you have used suits the theme of the build very well The red and white colours look great. The umbrellas over the tops of the tables look great. It looks great how you have done the drive thru section! The big star on the roof and the stars on the exterior walls look great and add to the feel of the build. Sims will enjoy ordering food from the industrial oven and getting it delivered to their tables. Sims will have fun playing the arcade games, It is great that you have a gumball machine there.

Great designing and furnishing of each of the levels of Mystical Tower KleineMuff There are many things for sims to see and do throughout your build! Great exterior of the build! The balconies and placement of the windows look great. It looks great that you have taken the covershot picture of it in the evening, which adds to the mystical look and feel of the building, The lighting on the exterior looks great. Nice furnishing of the interior of the building . Great elixir store level. It looks great that you have placed books , bottles and the statue on the counter there. Sims will like buying their elixirs and other items and ingredients there .The grandfather clock and dolls in the corner of the shop look great.Very nice library and study room, The walls of bookcases look great. It looks great how you have done the study desk area! It is great how you have placed the computer tables facing each other. The lamp lights on the desks look nice. Nice comfortable side sitting area for sims to relax on the seat and enjoy reading a book. The tapestry on the wall is nice.. Sims will enjoy brewing up elixirs in the alchemy section, Nice shade of green that you have used for the walls there. The paintings on the walls are nice for sims to see. Child sims will have fun riding the rocking horse in their playroom area or playing with the toys. The teddies on the floor look cute! All sims will have fun playing chess or looking at the train set. Parent sims will enjoy holding their little sims in their arms whilst resting on the rocking chair, It looks great how you have placed candle lights through the building, It gives a great effect. Great front reception area, It looks great how you have done the front desk computer nook. The pot plant on the desk look nice there, to greet people as they enter the building, The curved sofa seating nearby looks great. Sims will like sitting and resting there, The coat and hat stand beside the front door is a great touch. Great rooftop level. Sims will enjoy harvesting produce ingredients and honey from the hives from there to use when making elixirs. Sims will need to be wary of eating from the jelly bean plant! Sims will have great views from the rooftop whilst relaxing on the loungers there. It is great that you have place a fairy castle there for fairies to enjoy throwing parties and drinking pollen in.
