I built a super-tiny studio home! At just 19 1/2 squares, it is only big enough for one sim, but it does include a loft-style bed, small dining table, a "living area" (living chair and bookshelf) a small kitchen, and a tiny bathroom (no sink, but the kitchen sink is right outside the door!) This luxurious sorority boasts Parisian-inspired architecture with a contemporary twist. Catering to a wide range of hobbies, this home-away-from-home is the perfect place to study, host crazy parties, or just relax. It has two single rooms and three shared rooms, all with double beds. I've had the Stones Throw Greenhouse venue for such a long time, and never built with it.... TILL NOW!! The Greenhouse of Versailles was born from my love of symmetry....
The historic Greenhouse of Versailles and it's world famous gardens are now open to the public. Your Sims can harvest free herbs, fruits and vegetables in the formal outdoor gardens. For a small fee (requires barrier to entry syst.) your Sims can harvest the heritage plants grown in the Greenhouse. Modern conveniences such as a coffee shop & toilets have been added in readiness for your grand public opening!
Two BR two bath home created on one of the docks in Lucky Palms. Open living/kitchen with covered outdoor eating area. Upstairs Mater Suite with upper deck. Also includes dance floor, hot tub, and juice bar. One full bed, one loft bed with desk and one crib. There is also a small 6x3 room that can be used for a laundry or whatever you wish.
This home was based on a houseplan that was categorized as a French Country design, so I - sort of, when I could - tried to base the interior on that design aesthetic, too. Instead of traditional French lavender, the poppies from Monte Vista are used in the landscaping along with yellow heather. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 1/4 bathrooms, with the Master Suite, a bathroom, and a nursery on the main floor. There is also a boys' room and a girls' room plus another bathroom upstairs, and a small, expandable basement with a powder room and a big screen TV. It has an open living and kitchen with the Asian grill, a formal dining room, a laundry, and a 2-car garage. There is an outdoor eating area with the pizza oven from MV and a small pool. The house was play-tested and had no 3rd party CC but does have a lot of Store content.

I also took a look at Poppy Place in a game with no Store content installed. It wasn't too bad, I was actually surprised! The main issues were the master bed and laundry, and all the missing poppies from Monte Vista, of course. Anyway, if you're interested in a version that has no Store content I fixed those with just EP content and a few pieces from one or two SP's and uploaded that version here:

Next is Elizabeth- she thinks she has no chance at the throne so would prefer to have fun and flirt for now! Young Edward knows he is destined for the throne- he just needs to stay alive to claim it! Jane, is the misfit illigitimate offspring whom no one really knows- she ended up here when her Mother was sent to a convent. The Royal governess, Ayleen is included! *** Note*** This household does contain some cc- Jane has cc package dress from mts, and Elizabeth has a cc skirt from all about style.
Juan Carlos of Spain with his assorted extended family. His young son, Phillip is next in line for the crown and he knows it! Juan's sister, Isabel with her Royal French husband Francois... Isabel needs to produce an heir for Francois quickly or his illigitimate offspring, Marguirite could come out the winner and inherit everything French! Little princess Marguirite is alone in the world now but for this new family she doesn't know after her Mother was banished. Ayleen is the Royal governess! This household contains no cc!

Built in Lucky Palms at 70 Lake Access road for under 17,500 and this is a single bedroom and bathroom home fully furnished and decorated in bright Mexican colours and using the Mexican set. It has a living room with kitchen and dining near a small study room that could be another bedroom. Outside is a pretty enclosed courtyard with plants and a water display close to a table and chairs. There is a fenced/gated harvest patch ready at the side. This home No CC or CAP and upgraded.
My latest creation is a version of the Le Cinema Plumbob theater that is customized for the Egypt world in World Adventures. In order to use it, you'll need the Le Cinema Plumbob venue and the World Adventures EP. I used a few store items. However, they can all be easily replaced with base game content. I have also added a small tomb under the theater that is accessed via a hidden staircase.
Like most of my exchange uploads, I'm sharing this as a time saver for those who may want to add something similar to their game.
