Problem getting Help/EA Answers to work

For some reason, I can't get the search function to EA Answers to work, and I can't open any of the headings to look through them on my own. Also, I've tried 3 times to post a bug report and they won't go through. The "submit" button goes grey, but so does "cancel". But then it sits. This started about the time I also got a message that they were working on it. But I'm no longer getting *that* message, but still, nothing works.
