Well, the first thing my game did after I bought it and launched it was ask where @Simmingal was. It really seems to want you to buy it.

Can my Sims still elope if I buy this pack? What about getting married at the town hall, does it work?
Yes, sims can still elope with the pack installed. The option is still on the sim menu when one engaged sim is selected and you click on the other, so you do not need to go to Town Hall to elope if you don't want to.
You also can still just click an arch to get married by immediately exchanging vows without the need to use the event system. Arches work the same as it always in that regards.
And lastly, the Town Hall does work fine as well, but I've seen reports from others that it isn't working. I did notice the option to get married still sometimes is available to click on when the courthouse (Town Hall) is actually closed though, so that may be why some people think it doesn't work, if they don't know the hours it is open in the first place and they tried to do it too late or too early in the day.

Try going to game library - sims and then more- look there under game packs. Good Luck! If it does not show close and restart origin.

Thanks for trying to help, but it still won't work. Origin keeps saying "well, that didn't go to plan" and won't let me purchase it.

Update: I launched the game and was able to purchase the pack through the main menu. Hopefully this can help someone else. ❤️
