I certainly hope false. If you're seeing ghosts and spirits nightly, you could have a sleep disorder, it doesn't mean you're mental, just that you might need a sleep study.

Ghosts are real. And no, I don't see them but I do believe they exist and I always tell them to not disturb me cuz I'm nice, and it usually works. 😂 The other day, my mom told me she saw one in my room but it's like pretty normal for her, tho not on a nightly basis. Sometimes she sees a dark figure and usually when the dark figure is in our house, something like a pet in our family will die in a few days. So it can't be like a coincidence. Last time, my brother bragged that he doesn't believe in them and ever since then, he would see shadows/spirits in the house. 😈
I've also had two friends one time told me they saw like a fast black shadow moving past behind me and they didn't look like they planned to scare me or anything beforehand cuz they both said it so suddenly and they actually looked spooked.

I say true because I don't believe in casual gifting either. I used to hate getting "gift-bombed" at the holidays by people I wasn't that close with and being expected to do the same. I do of course give holiday tips to the postman, the trash/recycling handlers, but that's different.
