Is there a way to level up in programming on Batuu? I couldn't find any computers.

@daephene . .. Yes, you can build the programming skill on Batuu by Analyzing control panel and Practice Slicing for sure. I also do think when you do anything on the control panel it improves your programming skill. Like I said, I came back with programming 2 and built the rest on Batuu by doing Missions.

Handiness can also be built on Batuu by fixing ur BB-8 unit when he breaks, Tinker with Droid and Droid Maintenance. I personally prefer to just update my skills gradually on Batuu.

Thanks! My scoundrel sim settled for lots of fun in the dwelling with the locals and then married an alien and took her back to earth for now... but I will look for the control panels next time!

My other sim learned a little handiness just from searching through the scrap pile and finding some scrap metal (I only noticed because she had nothing in that skill and got the popup that she had started it).

I'm stuck on trying to use the holotables on the Scoundrel Mission: Good Opportunity. I get access by slicing the restricted area, but once inside I keep getting caught, so I'm wasting materials. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this successfully?

I found that one difficult as well. So far I only managed to succeed at the resistance holotable. I got passed the entrance door with the help of my droid. Then I waited for the patroling resitance member to walk around the holotable room. After one round, he starts using a tablet. That's when my sims was able to use the holotable. A droid can also cause a diversion but that didn't have much effect for me so far.

Right now I am stuck in a resistance mission where I have to recruite two others for a heist. The option to recruit is only available for sims with whom you have a positive relationship but they all say something along the lines of 'I don't know you well enough' even when they are best friends with my sim.

My sim is doing the Resisting Arrest mission for the First Order. She is supposed to arrest Resistance sympathizers and escort them to the TIE ship. I check the IDs and get a notification that says " Resistance...what Resistance." And then nothing happens. Everyone stands around for a bit before the sympathizers run off. What is supposed to happen? I have seen some posts that talk about a fight, but I haven't had anything like that happen.

Edit: This is apparently a known bug. I have hit the Me too button on the bug report. I guess she will just have to be a scoundrel until the bug is fixed.

@Daephene Do the aliens stay aliens when they get back home?

@SheriSim57 The alien head is available in CAS as a hat... when she first moved to Sulani her everyday outfit no longer had the alien head but all the rest of them did. I just went in CAS and added it back for everyday, and then changed all her outfits so that they covered the edges. She's fun.
Here she is having dinner with her husband:

And she does randomly show up at the beach sometimes.

Thank you @Daephene do they have the alien abilities like the aliens in get to work, or any special traits or anything?

Unfortunately not. The only difference with regular sims is the fact that they can't join the first order. For gameplay back home or content from other packs they are considered to be regular sims with a hat, not occults.

@Monet11 I had that problem too. Since it's been so long since your post you probably already figured this out, but he ones you need to look for will say "resistance sympathizer" when you hover over them. Those are the ones you need to go after (and sorry for doing this over a month late).

Thanks for answering. But I do try to arrest the "resistance sympathizers". Nothing happens. It shows in my log that I have arrested them, but my sim doesn't fight or anything else. They run off. It does show up in my mission log that I have arrested them, so I was able to move past this mission. But I miss not being able to have a fight.
