What is a hypnotist, necrononicon, and full moon? This is a confusing set up...
Here is a part of the Mod PM for Ice. It will help explain what the role does.
Abilities:
You may sneak into a player’s house at night and plant a memory.
Attributes:
A planted memory will confuse the player.
If there are no kill capable Mafia roles left, you will become a Mafioso.
Mechanics:
Hypnotize somebody every night, giving them a false message at the end of the night.
A Spy who bugs your target will receive the message you planted.
Hypnosis messages:
The following messages are available for you to use:
You were transported to another location.
Someone occupied your night. You were role blocked!
You were attacked but someone fought off your attacker!
You were attacked but someone nursed you back to health!
You feel a mystical power dominating you. You were controlled by a Witch!
You were poisoned. You will die tomorrow!
You were attacked but someone protected you!
You were poisoned but someone nursed you back to health!
Someone tried to poison you but someone fought off your attacker!
You triggered a trap!
You were attacked but a trap saved you!
A trap attacked you but someone nursed you back to health!
As for the Necronomicon, here’s an explanation:
The Necronomicon is an ability enhancer that is given to members of the Coven at the start of Night 3. The Coven Leader will always receive the Necronomicon first if there is a Coven Leader in the game. Other members of the Coven will receive it if the Coven Leader dies. The exact order of transmission is randomized. The purpose of the Necronomicon is to give the one holding it the ability to kill every night, similar to the Mafia’s system. The member of the Coven holding the Necronomicon will gain Detection Immunity from the Sheriff, meaning they will appear as innocent instead of suspicious.
And finally as for the Full Moon:
Every even night is considered to be a Full Moon night. At this time the Werewolf transforms into his beast form and goes ravaging around the Town, killing every person in a house (AKA rampaging) of their choice - the owner, as well as everyone who visits them. This can backfire if an Escort, Consort, Pirate, or Jailor occupy their night, in which case, the Werewolf will be forced to stay home and attack them. If there are few players left alive, it is ill-advised to visit any player during these nights, as it may get you killed inadvertently. Also, the Juggernaut can only attack during a Full Moon night initially, after which it can attack every single night. The Psychic receives a vision every Full Moon night of two players, one of which is guaranteed to be good, while the second is possibly good.
