Mirka's Build and rooms showcase, - (New) apartment plan VS Sims 4

Hi all

I want to share with you some of my Sims 4 no CC builds and rooms. I love building what is a bit out of common.
My first project is a set of Blue Country rooms, perfect for your houses of style, country, cottage, farm ect.
And if you have any other rooms suggestions regarding this style, I'll be happy to build them for you.

First: The Blue country kitchen, set of 10 rooms.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds and rooms!
Blue Country kitchen is very lovely! Very nice design, layout and furnishings! Very nice blue and white colour scheme. The cooking area is very nice. The older style stove and fridge are homely and the wall utensils. teapots shelving, olive oils and hanging herbs are very nice kitchen touches. Very nice corner sofa seat sitting area and the bath with flowers and plants is nice. The clothes cabinet, coat shelf and shoes racks corner are great home touches. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools at the counter eating a freshly prepared meal with sunlight coming in through the windows. The wall clock is a nice touch in the counter nook.
It is a lovely homely and calming country kitchen

The dining room, living room and entrance hallway are very lovely! Very nice, pretty and calming blue colour scheme! The furnishing of each room is very nice! The curtains in the dining room are pretty, and the rooster and eggs basket is a homely country touch on the dining table. The patterned rug is nice under the table.The fireplace will keep the room nice and warm, and the dog and cat are great on the fireplace ledge!
The living room is a lovely warm and homely country style room! Sims will enjoy sitting and relaxing on the armchair and sofa near the fireplace watching tv, or enjoy chatting or reading whilst sitting on the other armchairs. The flowers in the room are very pretty! They will have fun playing chess.
Very nice entrance hall! The clothes and shoes racks are nice homely touches. Very pretty patterned curtains!
They are very lovely rooms!

The master bedroom is lovely! Very pretty patterned walls, homely patterned bed, and the window corners with blue curtains are very nice! The patterned circle floor rug is a nice touch under the bed. Very nice corner sofa nook for Sims to enjoy resting and reading books. The wallart adds a nice touch to the room. The red candles on the table at the foot bed are pretty and the folded clothes and beauty items are nice homely touches.
Very pretty master bathroom! The natural white wood walls and blue marble wall tiling look very nice together. Very lovely curtained bath tub area! Sims will like wearing the bath robes. Very nice vanity table area for Sims to enjoy sitting there doing their makeup snd using the beauty items on the table. The shower nook is nice with the half wall separating it off. The linen, towels and wall cabinet are nice home bathroom touches , and very nice homely counter with the hairdryer, tissues, soap, basket of toileries and towels to be used by the Sims .
They are very nice country style rooms with a very nice blue colour scheme

Each of the last 4 rooms in your Blue Country set are very lovely! Very nice kids bedroom, which has been designed for both a boy and girl. It looks very nice the way you have furnished each of the halves, and have used pink and blue colours. The soft toys are cute! Very nice design and layout of the bathroom! The curtained bath tub nook is very nice. It is nice that there is a laundry room. The chequered flooring is nice, and the laundry themed wall decor and items on the counters and floor are very nice homely touches.Very nice curtained windows alcove with the basket of clothing and the clothes hamper. Very nice office room for Sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer, or enjoy painting on the easel. They will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa reading a book.
Your Dollhouse home looks lovely!

Your Sims 4 version of the Sims 3 Dollhouse is beautiful! Very nice lovely exterior design, outdoors areas, and kids play areas! The layout and furnishing of each of the levels and rooms in the interior areas is very lovely! It is a very nice detailed family dollhouse home!

Today I show you a new house, created for a challenge : Modern house, only black and white, only with base game and 30 x 20 lot. Whit 3 bedroom sand 2 bathrooms. Big contract but I'm happy with the result

Black and White House is a lovely modern family home! Very nice black and white colour scheme and it is great that it is only base game! Very lovely exterior design and layout! It is a very nice and detailed home! Very nice rooftop patio where kids can enjoy playing on the pirate ship and all sims can enjoy gardening in the garden boxes, painting on the easel or sitting resting on the loungers around the water fountain. The flowers are pretty! Very nice roof covered outdoors dining and pool patio! Sims will enjoy swimming and dining outdoors there. Very nice marble flooring! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The kitchen design and chequered flooring is very nice! Very nice and furnishing of all the rooms of the home! Very nice wall panelling and wall patterns of the bedrooms,
It is a very special family home!

Thanks you so much for your comment I appreciate, yes you right, this house it is a very special family home, I had a real funny to create it, only with 2 colors, it's was not easy.

Very lovely Sims 4 Version of the apartment! You have recreated it so very well! Very lovely furnishing of each room and area! The blue and green colours of the bedrooms are beautiful! Very nice bedroom curtains and patterned flooring.,The outdoors patio is very nice for Sims to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the air, or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. They will enjoy painting on the easel.
It is a very nice apartment!
