How to upload lots without using legacy update

I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to upload sims lots, which files I need and where I could post them as I can't uninstall the Legacy update. I tried to roll back the laptop but it didn't work, once I repaired the game,legacy was installed. I can play the game but I can't upload to the main gallery.
I'm considering going back to the Sims3, it's a shame that we couldn't upload, download sims4 lots.

Any advice much appreciated.

If you can’t use the gallery you will be unable though to upload them to the gallery. Simmers would need to download the files from another site such as a file sharing site , then place them in their own tray folder.
