Have you tried looking on the Gallery using a TS3 hashtag? I could probably build it but it may take a bit.

I am not sure how to do that. I tried #sims3 nothing shows and then #sims 3 and only one item showed. Am I doing it wrong?

Try TS3 or Sims3 (no spaces).

Edit: I searched Graceful Getaway in Item Names and found 2.
