Sim Won't Reset - SOLVED

My Sim is stuck and using boolprop to force error on her won't work. I don't get the pop-up asking whether I want to reset her. It's actually not working on any of my Sims right now. Is there another way to reset her? She got stuck while trying to change her baby's diaper and there's an X over the interaction but there's nothing else going on.
ETA: OK, I fixed it by deleting her with moveobjects on and then going back into the house from the neighbourhood - I don't know how to close my own thread but this is solved!
