Will our Sims tan or burn in other world's or just in Sulani?
Sun burning makes me wonder will the season it is have an effect on this? What will happen if it’s extremely hot, will my sim sunburn first or get the moodlet for too much heat, does season even have an effect here is sunburning is possible whenever a sim is out?
How do they add something that should’ve been part of a different pack into another pack it’s like this pack has an effect that should’ve been included then
This isn't a pack question more like a foreigner question...? What is the difference of a part time job and an odd job? In rl? And how do you think it will apply in the game?
In the U.S. a part time job is a job that is less than 30 hours a week and little to no benefits. An odd job I guess your referring to things like seasonal work or unspecialized work, etc.
In the Sims 4 and Sims 2 teens are the only ones who have part time jobs. Babysitter, barista, fast food, manuel labor, retail employee.
In Sims 3 there was bookstore clerk, grocery clerk, receptionist, spa specialist, mausoleum clerk, alien test subject.
For the most part in game Sims can make good money on their hobbies. Like gardening Sims selling their product fisherman Sims can earn off their catch.
1. hammocks- It would be neat to sleep outside instead of inside; thinking hammocks are not there or we would've seen it
2. if we can live on houseboats like in Sims3- again saw nothing to suggest it, so I fear not. I loved making houseboats in S3.
3. If there is an underwater part under the water like in the Sims3 where you actually go down deep into the ocean; I'm thinking no since seeing her swim across the ocean
4. Was message in a bottle included? There were bottles in the seaweed/nets/trash stuff, but is it an item we can collect and read ect.
5. Can we put the fish we catch in an aquarium?
6. Infants should be freed and given an umbrella boat to float in and an umbrella mat to sleep under, both which can be used by a toddler as well. I'm assuming all infants are left home or at the daycare and never included in the family at all.
7. Harvestables? Mango ect.
I read that merfolk can walk into the water but don't grow tails until you tell them to swim.
1. What happens if I tell them to swim in a pool?
2. Will they change into a tail?
3. Will a tail appear in a shower or bath tub?
4. Is there any underwater decor like coral or plants? I'd love to create a bar with a water tank behind the bar where sims can watch a mermaid swimming.
5. Is there a mermaid costume?
If I delete everything on the island and all of the premades.....will the elementals still show up? Can I play castaway, or will the game generate more sims for every lot my sim visits?
Wait. I know the answer. Yes the game will generate more weirdly dressed sims no matter where my sim goes.
When I get it, maybe I will make all the lots generic or National parks. No sims ever go to those. But I would like the elementals to still be part of it. And the volcano balls.

11. I think tan lines go off of island living clothing. Hopefully base game tops too but I don’t know for sure.
15. New island food such as kolula pork and you can put banana leaves on top. There are new harvestables: coconuts, pineapple, taro and kava! 🥥 🍍

I watched a video that mentioned it, and apparently it was a bug. They should be in the pack when it releases.
