I suggest you check with Mizzie if cc is allowed @abelhinha35 as I'm not sure if cc clothes are allowed. It's why i asked. Don't want you to lose points and I recognized them as they are one of my favourites too. Accessories and makeup etc are allowed, but not sure about clothing.
Nothing has changed since A1 and CC is still not allowed for the clothes. I've been too busy to check in-depth recently but just did it now for A4 and A5. If you have CC clothes in your current entry for Assignment 5 please redo it before the due date.
Speaking of which, you have 2 days left to submit.
@abelhinha35 had a look and found a very similar pair in game. It was the plain version of a patterned pair of jeans. Go into the game and filter to jeans and have a look. I think you will like them.
Checking In.......... Sorry Been Busy With Learning How To Do Poses And Such! And A Day Of Depression...... MY BAD! I've Got So Much On My Plate LOLZZZZZZ Getting It Done Today Though........ Already Planned To....... HUGZ @MizoreYukii
@abelhinha35 You may need to re-upload the file if you can find it for a quick check (or use the sim tray exporter thing whose name escapes me atm). It's not in-game as an EA object and the links you provided are not the same pants (you are looking for wrinkles on the knees and proper placement of the details, aka zippers, buttons, loops, etc.). Also, neither links qualify for the competition as the first is her own mesh and the second is a mesh edit. Sorry!
@MyFavoritedesign I can't find your skirt (outline/mesh) at all in-game so will need you to double check when you have the chance.
I haven't bought Strangerville yet but if it is Strangerville content let me know and I'll check SimsVip for the CAS list or just buy it now and check.
Thanks everyone!
What Did You Do: I Remembered When I Was A Little Girl I Would Walk Through The Woods Picking And Tasting The Honeysuckle Juice .. And The Woods Were Full Of Trees With Gorgeous Flowers And There Was An Old Fence I Would Sit On And Remembered Jo Jo Had Poses For Fences ... So I Thought It Would Be Perfect For My Memories As A Child To Incorporate In This Look...!!
Optional Second Pose
Sorry For All The Flower Scenes I Just Love Doing Landscaping So Much In Game
I hadn't checked at the time because I needed to hand my things in but my A4 image uses an accessory shirt. The tank top is from the base game and the fishnet shirt underneath is a downloaded accessory based off the EA shirt with the fishnet arms. Is it okay to use accessory shirts like that in addition to the EA top?
@abelhinha35 Yeah, CC terms can get confusing. There's so many, especially in a game like this that has so many options. Sorry to have you do redo it! I'm thinking next cycle no CC (other than makeup/skin) just to make things easier to remember on everyone. I love the additional variety but it causes a headache, lol.
Also I just checked your updated post, but Maxis Match is not EA content. You're looking for "EA/Base Game/(insert specific pack name) Recolors". Maxis Match means it looks similar to what EA would make because people prefer that aesthetic, but it is custom meshes in the end (meaning they made the mesh by hand, not EA's employees). Just like how Alpha is custom content and doesn't look anything like what EA would create (Alpha is the semi-realistic hair and clothes we see.). Sometimes, and not to make this confusing, people will do "Maxis Match Recolors" and this is usually to make an Alpha CC look like Maxis Match, or a couple of other things. Just stay away from anything marked as "Maxis Match", "Alpha", "New Mesh" etc. in the descriptions and just look for what I posted above about recolors ("EA/Base Game/(insert specific pack name) Recolors"). Generally, if it doesn't mention specifically that the item is a recolor, it's probably not a recolor.
Here is an example: https://simmingbee.tumblr.com/post/182355270126/get-famous-retro-dress-recolored
She mentions the EP it requires, and specifically says recolor. Hope that helps with some of the confusion! I can try finding a tutorial too if that helps.
@MyFavoritedesign Ohhh it was the Get Famous skirt. That pattern made it look so different, lol. Thank you! (And great job if it's yours!)
@gardenGothic You were fine! And yes, as long as the MAIN top (in this case your tanktop) is EA then I allow accessory jackets, etc. to be thrown on for that extra oomph. Of course if the top isn't easily seen and hidden by CC I just need to know the top used, or a picture without the accessory.

Got it, @MizoreYukii , I will redo mine tonight and I will just use pack stuff without recolor’s/matches. I must learn to recolor sometime, but it seems difficult.
@MizoreYukii Awesome thanks!! I guessed it would be okay because I remember another person using an accessory jacket in a previous round but I couldn't remember if they had points docked or not
Also, scores will be up later tonight. I apologize for the delay, judges were scattered this round (including me). There shouldn't be a delay for A5 though.
I started off playing around with bottoms and I really liked how the skirt builds off of the flow from the top, as well as how the wavy edges mirror the trim on the jacket. I thought it looked like a nice spring jacket so I added tights for extra warmth! I wanted to work with blues because "April showers bring May flowers" and also it's a colour I don't generally touch so I wanted to challenge myself with that. Tell us what you did: Literally so many cowgirls this round, so i decided where would i wear denim, i thought a music gig or something. So i put my model in a dark room with her music and her guitar with her dark clothes and her gloomy mood!

Scores are running behind since 2 judges haven't checked in and I'm waiting on another to finish Garden's. If you do have CC clothes and can't fix it before the due date, you can have an extension.
