"City Living". No ability to make our own apartment buildings, neighbors are obnoxious, festivals happening in your neighborhood keep the 3x super speed from kicking in when your sim is sleeping or at work/school, leaving you with the normal 3x speed...which is way too slow for fast-forwarding through the parts of the day when you can't do anything with your sim...
