It's kind of important because I miss the Sims 2 snow levels which were AMAZING but the way the winter looks is fantastic and it honestly DOES look like winter so I'm happy.
To me it's really important i'm happy for the people that don't find it important but it takes the immersion from me having a blizzard but no snow accumulation is just weird and on the roofs it looks just like paint it really annoys me i hope i really really hope they will patch this in later as an option in the option menu where you can choose if you have a pc that can run it you can choose if you want snow accumulation this way everybody will be happy instead of half the people
I don't really care for it much. If they were to have added it, the pack would have taken even longer to release or they might not have focused on more important stuff like holidays. Snow depth just doesn't add anything to game.
