My Work in Progress is a Version of the Sims 3 'Prism Art Studio'
Screenshot of mine I did 2 of the 3 Buildings today, the rear one yet to do tomorrow. The coloured glass windows are paintings from the gallery I am lucky to have them.
The exterior design of Modern Seasons Starter looks great! Very nice upper garden level! It is a nice that there is a toddlers pool there. Sims will enjoy sitting there listening to radio music whilst looking out at the views. The water feature is a nice touch in the front area of the build. The sloped glass roofing is very nice! Very nice layout of the interior, and the types of windows used looks nice. It looks a very nice light filled home. It is great that there is a conservativory with a florist table and garden planters.
It is a very nice starter home
Thank you @rosemow I did it this morning to get me in the mood to start my big build.. you can see it so far above this. Top is mine so far and under what I am trying to copy with what we have. I have added 3 glass roofs to make it a bit different. I just have to do the rear building and fill it out
I didn’t see your WIP picture before. It is great that you are making a sims 4 version of the Sims 3 Prism Art Studio! You are reflecting it so very well! It looks just like it! Using the paintings for the stained glass windows is a very special touch They look very nice!
Thanks very much @rosemow it's a relief when you said it looks just like it as just about all we have in floors and walls are different. I have decided to change the inner courtyard to be more relaxing/fun and artistic rather than just a large water display, it will have plants, seats and floor murals.
In the buildings so far it has a children's floor, statues floor, easels/painting floor, musicians floor, photography studio, Florists level with greenhouse/glass roofing and also archaeologists benches by the carving benches. That is just the 2 builds I have done
The large Children's room
Wood Carving benches
Archaeologist's benches
The double room
Florists Benches and double Greenhouse
The Florist's double greenhouse room
Greenhouse roof and bathroom's above
The Walkway between two builds
A garden with the Weather control device, dig spots and fire pit
In the rear Cafe building
Door in and rear stairs
Above the Cafe computers and Arcade
Also DJ booth and easel

TS3 'Prism Art Studio' is such a very great build! It will be so very helpful for sims to visit and do the variety of activities! You have reflected the exterior design of the original build so very well! It looks just like it! The stained glass windows pIntings are very pretty! Very nice areas both indoors and outside! The central, courtyard garden area looks very pretty with the flowers. It is great that there are both skill items indoors and outside. Very nice design, layout and furnishing of the interior! Each level and section looks great! Sims will enjoy spending time there building up their skill levels, and creating items. It is nice that there is also a cafe area for sims to enjoy eating food and having a drink from the espresso bat.
It is a very nice creative themed venue for sims to enjoy visiting, and building up skill levels!
Thanks so very much @rosemow for the lovely review and for saying it does look like the original I enjoyed creating my version and adding a nice inner garden to be different plus I love doing Industrial themed builds and rooms.
I do hope sims enjoy learning in there and have fun including the kids and pets thanks again.
@luckyheather , happy belated birthday Hilary, hope you enjoyed your chocolate cake. Your latest, Skylights Gym, looks great and love the modern styled architecture.
Hey thanks @Sandraelle I did enjoy my cake for a few days with ice cream
I am pleased you like my Gym I enjoy doing past Sims builds now and then like the Prism Art Studio above. Thanks for popping by to comment
I would like to add such a tea-party table to a park I am building, but I just cant get the stuffed easterbunny on a chair (I can lift up nothing that is meant to be on the ground) is there a trick to it? A cheat or something?
Thats good @RavenSpit Just press 9 to raise and 0 if you need to lower.
Thank you for the compliment and for the awesome's. By the way I do have a lot more in my Studio these are just the recent ones Lol as I build every day just about cant help myself since sims 1

@luckyheather What a thread of amazing builds you have here! I enjoyed looking at all of them. You have such a talent for creating wonderful builds. Thanks for sharing your mini micros on my thread too!
The exterior design of Spooky Season looks very nice! The Tuder style of the home and the design of the roofing looks great! Very nice spooky themed furnishing of both the outdoors areas and the interior! The wraparound porches look great! There are so many fun activities for sims to do outside at their home! It is great that there is now a swing area, bee hive, patch the scarecrow and a kids pool to splash in! The money tree will be very helpful! It is great that there is a Florist area on the balcony.
Very nice furnishing of the interior! The black and white colour scheme, combined with the purple and orange touches looks great! Very nice design of the kitchen and dining area! The stove counter nook area looks great! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The way that you used the black and white colour scheme in the master bedroom looks great! Very nice pink colour scheme of the kids room!
It is a very nice spooky detailed home!

I could "awesome" all of them (and I am only at page 10 of this thread), really cool and inspiring!
I have a question regarding this one especially:
I would like to add such a tea-party table to a park I am building, but I just cant get the stuffed easterbunny on a chair (I can lift up nothing that is meant to be on the ground) is there a trick to it? A cheat or something?
Anyway, keep creating those wonderful builds!
