Patient REFUSED to pay

A patient was okay with my vet and then when I asked him to pay, he got mad and gave me a one star review and left without paying.
Is this a glitch or something else?
EDIT: I should also mention the only way to get rid of patients is to click dismiss and the my sim dismisses them in a very frustrated way, which lowers the rating and is extremely annoying because there is no other way to make them leave.

Try testing to see what occurs the next time your Vet opens their clinic. It may not occur again.
