Vet Coat - Please help :)

My sim has unlocked the perk for The Vet Coat but for the life of me I can not find it. I've tried adding another vet uniform I've gone into CAS both with this and just with my sim alone. I haven't seen anyone else ask about this so I know it's me but if someone can please tell me where it is (in more detail than "It's in CAS") I would really appreciate it.

Have you checked their options at a dresser or closet?
