Becca and Alfred are now spending their days tending the garden and cleaning the beaches. Becca is trying to learn everything there is to know about plants, and Alfred wants to know everything about the local marine life.
They're proud of their little family and super happy about their life choices so far.
The difficult part of living right next to a volcano is that it's sometimes raining fire...
But it usually doesn't do anything more dangerous than leave some interesting lava rocks with rare metals inside.
Alfred has started using a crafting bench - he wants to provide his family with some home made furniture. So far he's mostly building garden planters for Becca.
Becca's due date has arrived, and she's given birth to twins! As if they didn't struggle enough with space already... Oh well, the parents are beside themselves with happiness anyway and have named their beautiful girls Vera and Benedikte.
This is a crazy busy time for the new parents. Keeping the two baby girls happy, training out Turtle's remaining misbehaviors, not forgetting their own needs or Gabriel.
There are always things to fix around the house too.
Gabriel learns to be a lot more independent these days, but is still a child who needs a lot of attention - like when he has nightmares.
But no one beats the twins at being needy. They seem to cry all the time and be super demanding. They've really turned their parents' lives upside down, but Alfred feels nothing but pure love for them.
The summer monsoons have hit Sulani, so Becca is not doing any gardening or flower arranging today. Instead she keeps indoors with the twins, reading a gardening book.
When Alfred gets home from work, it's time for some potty training.
Aksel has a girlfriend now. Her name is Zora Lin, and she wasn't very impressed with him at first. But soon enough she found out he's a pretty decent guy worthy of her affection.
Miracle is a big, fluffy cat now. He gets along great with the others.
The only one who isn't very happy nowadays is Selina. She misses her dad and her grandma, and wants to be way more independent than her mom will allow her to be at her age.
Evelina's home science activities have advanced and she's built a new and bigger lab in the basement. She's included a robotics building station for Aksel to experiment on, as he's thinking of becoming an engineer when he grows up.
She's considered building a home gym as well, but for now she's happy with the local public one.
This is her most exciting day at work yet, as it's time to upgrade the wormhole generator and see where the portal will take her. Happy first travels at Sixam, Evelina.
This planet is beautiful, and she's finding so many rare and exciting collectibles.
But Evelina finds her and manages to comfort her. And while Aksel is keeping the other guests entertained at the waterslide, Selina is having a private little birthday with her mom.
The spice festival is taking place on a perfect summer night, and the whole family is going together wit Zora. Which unfortunately makes Selina feel a lot like the third wheel at times.
Evelina has started bringing home some alien plants from sixam and is trying to grow them in her lab.
The rest of the summer goes by pretty uneventfully. Zora spends a lot of time at the house, and when she's not there Aksel is mostly reading about robotics or rocket science.
It's really been a beautiful summer in Brindleton Bay, and Aksel couldn't have been more happy with his life right now.
Fall also starts out with amazing weather, and Aksel takes Zora on a camping trip to the lighthouse on the weekend. They spend some time fishing at the beach, and pitch their tent at a spot with a nice view.
The next morning it's raining, so they decide not to spend one more day there.
Selina is getting Evelina to help with her school project. Evelina is happy for every opportunity to bond with her daughter, as their relationship has been pretty fragile for a while.
Selina is struggling to find her place in this household lately. Zora is always around, which makes it difficult to hang out with her brother like they used to. And Aksel is so great at everything, the perfect scout boy with top grades and a bright future. She doesn't feel like she can match any of that, and struggles with her self esteem.
She never feels like she manages to be the daughter Evelina wants. So she gets defensive and angry very easily.
She's decided the only right thing for her to do is to go live with her dad. Evelina is very sad about this, but understands she can't convince her daughter to change her mind.
As Selina moves out, Zora moves in. She's here all the time anyway, they're almost young adults now and there's plenty of space in the house. They take over Kari's old room, where Zora has to get used to the cats being noisy during the night.
They spend a lot of time with books and school work, but they do fun things as well. This club is one of their favorite places to hang out.
Aksel hasn't spent a lot of time with Zora's family, but today they're visiting them.
Zora has a younger brother, and they're having dinner with him while the parents are out on a date night.
Finally some terrible weather has reached the bay.
That makes for a good lab day. Zora is also interested in science and technology, and both she and Aksel want to get into distinguished degrees at Foxbury.
At Mua Pel'Am, Becca is having a productive day in the garden. She's been getting more skilled and efficient at gardening lately, and her flowers are growing super fast. Her stepson is hanging out with his mother today, they're having a nice time playing in a park.
Gabriel doesn't see his mom too often, but they're not losing touch completely.
During that night, a giant lava rock crashes down in the middle of Becca's flower garden. She cracks it open the next day to find some rare crystals and elements inside.
Turtle is mostly just running around wherever he wants, but sometimes it's nice to have a walking companion.

It doesn't take long before she also breaks the news to Gabriel while helping him with a school project.
Gabriel doesn't quite know how to feel about siblings, but he mostly feels like he's looking forward to it.

Surely they are identical! To tell them apart, the parents are dressing Vera in more pink and blue colors and Benedikte in more green and yellow.
It's a real challenge to find spaces for them to sleep. Vera sleeps in a corner of her parents' room.
Benedikte shares the other bedroom with her brother.
When Alfred gets home from work, it's time for some potty training.
Alfred is out cleaning the oceans till nightfall. Hopefully Mua Pel'Am will be fully restored soon!
It's just Evelina and her two children now, as grandma Kari has passed away since last time we met them.
Now they're the sweetest couple

She's invited a couple of coworkers, and Zora is there. Unfortunately, Selina is being very rude to her brother's girlfriend.
He isn't having any of that, and scorns her in front of the whole party.
Selina leaves the table in anger.
It's time for teenage life!

Gabriel and the twins are having so much fun playing in the sand and the water.
Although, Alfred maybe shouldn't have taken that chance...
