Since Aksel is getting a little brother or sister, Evelina makes that an excuse to adopt a new kitten. You know, the toddler might get jealous of the new sibling and needs a distraction.
The two of them become instant besties. * heart melting*
Evelina is in labor and they've rushed off to the hospital - where Kari is delivering the baby!
This time it's a girl! They want to name her Selina.
Rebecca loves this calm beach life, and her new love for the art of fishing continues to grow. Even though she still does some acting, she finds herself drawing further away from that life.
She's dating Sarim on a regular basis and is very happy and comfortable with him.
Today she's hanging out with her niece and nephew in San Myshuno, who have both become teenagers. But a global superstar actress can't fish in a public park without drawing attention from paparazzis and fans.
After spending several hours in the park fishing and watching the beautiful fall sunset, they meet up with Jostein and Celine for dinner at a nice japanese restaurant in Newcrest.
Helena is having a hard time these days. She learned that her father back in Oasis Springs, Marco, has died. To explain a temporary lack of content in her cooking channel she records a sad vlog to tell her viewers what she's going through.
To cheer her up, Rebecca takes her to the spice festival to try out some new exciting food flavors.
This is Helena's absolute favorite festival, and once she's won the spicy curry challenge and sampled plenty of interesting dishes she feels a lot better.
It's time for another baking sale to get rid of all her excess food from recording. This time she streams the sale event to her viewers.
Rebecca's nephew Alfred has moved in with them! Aunt Rebecca is one of his great idols and he really wants to get into diving and fishing. It's not easy to do that in San Myshuno where he grew up, so his parents have allowed him to go and live with his aunt for the rest of high school.
Helena is also happy about having a new roommate, it's fun to show off her knowledge while helping him with his homework.
He's got a side job as a lifeguard, so he needs to work on his athletic skill. He also enjoys writing and playing guitar.
They've made him a little bedroom area on the second floor next to Rebecca's room.
Alfred isn't wasting any time here. He cares about the environment and is familiar with the poor state of Mua Pel'Am, so he's already forming a club to help clean the beaches. He's been approaching local teenagers and children to ask them to join.
Now they're a medium sized group of young, energetic activists who call themselves Butterfly Rebellion.
It's hard work to become a strong lifeguard. Alfred doesn't pay any rent to his aunt, but happily helps out around the house. He's getting the hang of fixing broken plumbing and tending the plants.
Rebecca is super busy with another musical role these days. Musicals are still her specialty.
Alfred has two of his classmates and fellow Butterfly rebels over to work on a school project. He really enjoys going to school in Sulani.
When they've finished the model bridge construction, they still have time to play some video games before curfew time.
Alfred loves sports, and Rebecca and Helena has agreed to swap out their outdoor dance floor with a basketball net. They weren't using the dance floor much anyway, and having this net to practice at home brings Alfred so much joy.
It's Winter in Sulani now, so it's getting a little colder - but it's still possible to do yoga and other forms of exercise outdoors.
When Justin's mother Saffron died, they decided to invite Evelina's mother Kari to come live with them instead. A grandmother is a great help with two toddlers in the house.
With Kari comes another cat into the household, so now they have three.
Aksel has been learning so many toddler skills, with the biggest emphasis on the thinking skill. It's now time to age up!
Not surprisingly, this intellectual kid loves to play chess with grandma.
Evelina is advancing in her career and gets to do more and more exciting intentions. Her coworkers aren't always happy about her testing new serums on them, though.
In addition to her main work tasks she's been able to work on the rocket ship, including several upgrades, and she's now ready to test it for the first time.
Off we go!
First space exploration done! It went well, but she didn't bring anything home with her.
Justin has started on his first school project, and he prefers to do it without help from the grownups. That's fine with his mom and grandmother, who are tired after their long shifts and would much rather do something fun anyway.
But now the foosball table has been moved to make way for a Winterfest tree, which the whole family are decorating for tomorrow.
Aksel and Selina are incredibly excited and can't wait for all the presents.

Justin and Aksel find a nice water source to play with!

It's nice that they can attend these shows together now, even if neither of them win anything - which is the case this time.

He's a very good and helpful little guy.
He tries to train his cat Amanda, but she's far less well behaved than her owner.
On the weekends he goes to scout meetings, and when he gets home he loves to tell his family about everything he's learned and experienced.
It's been snowing, so they all head outdoors to play first thing after eating.
Aksel makes one more snowpal with his mom before heading off to scouting.
That evening he makes some winter crafts to decorate the windows. Amanda is... trying to help?
Evelina isn't having the best day either.
During the day the blizzard cools off a bit, and Aksel meets up with his dad after school to play in the snow at the park.
But now the foosball table has been moved to make way for a Winterfest tree, which the whole family are decorating for tomorrow.
Aksel and Selina are incredibly excited and can't wait for all the presents.
But first there's food.
And gifts, of course.
