While I am building on the Sims 4 lately I am getting the BSOD, It states Unexpected_Store_exception. I have Windows 10, I have never had this issue before just recently the last two days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello
People have been posting that this has been occuring after a recent Windows Update. People who use Mcaffee anti virus program have reported this occurring. Try making sure that your anti virus program is updated.
Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
Thanks. Yea I was thinking I had no issue before the last update to Windows. Hoping they fix it soon. I updated all my drivers too. When I am building it seems to happen more

I am sorry that you are having this issue. Try making sure that your computer is uptodate with Windows patches also.
I checked Windows update, it states its updated. I use Windows 10, home edition. Like you said in a previous post, that after the last microsoft update for Windows many of us are having these issues. I did even the command prompt thing, yet it said I have no issues that needs to be fixed. I even checked my cables in my pc. Lol. Really thinking its a microsoft issue here. Just hoping they fix it asap.
Thanks for the help.
Some program updates installed recently, including new apps, Windows updates, anti-malware programs, etc. can cause the blue screen. You can go to the Event Viewer to check the system log.
1. Use Windows shortcut keys Win + R to launch Run.
2. Type eventvwr.msc into the dialog box.
3. Hit the Enter.
4. Expand Windows Logs.
5. Navigate Application.
6. Check the latest event with Error under Level and Application Error under Source in the middle pane.
If you find errors with the applications, do a search for related solutions.
Also, if you have rich experience and good knowledge of the inner working of Windows, you can use the .dump file Microsoft WinDbg Tool to check the .dmp file in C:\Windows\Minidump folder and tackle the Unexpected Store Exception BSOD problem.
