Gallery Bug

The gallery is not counting the downloads correctly. Watching the numbers go down instead of up.
Been going on for about a week or more. I hit "me too" on the EA Bug page, but that was posted 2 years ago.
This is a new issue. Checked with a few other players who also report the same problem.

Just to help with feedback for the Developers. Are the incorrect downloads showing on both the website version of the gallery as well as the in-game version? Or just one version of the gallery ?

I'm not sure. I am talking about the gallery in-game.

It would be good to check to see if the downloads on the website gallery version of the creations reflect the correct amount of downloads or not.

there's no way of telling if the numbers are right, they are usually different than the game gallery. Numbers are greater on the website, however.

I think there is a number of gallery problems at the moment. The most irritating one is the continual repeating of notifications - favorites and showcasing etc.

I am sorry that you are having this issue. The Simgurus read the threads and would be aware of the issues. They may not post on the threads but they read the threads.

Well that doesn't help people with an overly pricey game that's not been working properly for two weeks... not noticed by EA... then no response... Eat Cake is the solution. New patch today which I'm gonna suuggest is why we've been ignored - too busy working on the cash grab. They know there is an issue and it is gallery related.
