Lights that Work without Power

In case you are interested in having lights that work even when the power is out (maybe a history or decades challenge where you actually let the power go out) or your Sims are very poor/cheap:
Candles & other "lights" that work when you don't pay your bills on right. Candles & other "lights" that are off when electricity is shut off on left.
