Signiture URL not working

My signiture isn't showing up,TBH it hasn't been working for ages and now the bit for putting in a URL for sig isn't working. I can click on it to open the box but cant paste the URL in the box.

If it is a picture that you are wanting to post for your signature,make sure that the file ends in .jpg, .png or.gif

Good morning. It has jpg at the end,but that's not the problem. It's the pop up box to enter the URL,it opens then when I try and paste the URL the box closes.

Another way to post the picture is to type [img][/img] in the post and put the image code address from the picture sharing site in between them.
