Historical Founder's Home- A Speed Build by Me

Hey guys!

I have shared pictures of my lots on here in the past, but I wanted to step it up and finally share with you the links to my very first Speed Build.

The Lot is called, "Historical Newcrest House", and it is a build that I created to look like it was the original home of the Sim who "settled" the town of Newcrest. So, take a look, and let me know what you think!!

The exterior design and layout of Historical Founder's Home is very nice! The roofing looks very nice. It looks very nice how the columns are used in the build. The pathway leading around from the front area of the home to the side area of the build is a nice touch. Very nice two storey front porch! The ivy is a nice touch on the exterior walls. The furnishing of the interior of the home looks very nice! The wall paneling and wallpaper in the rooms gives a very nice look to the rooms and home areas. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The floral wall pattern in the single beds room looks pretty! The curtains look very nice how they are placed on the bedhead wall in the master bedroom. It is nice that there is a vanity table in the room. The dining room area is very nice. The flowers are a pretty touch on the dining table for sims to see when enjoying eating a meal there. Very nice fireplace sitting area! Sims will enjoy resting on the seating there in front of the fire having a chat or a read. The portrait is a nice touch on the fireplace wall.
The home is very nice!
