But the sassy fanny-waggle of the pianist in this one (think I'm in love!), treating nursing home residents to the Charlie Brown theme just made my entire day:
I also love how Chip Davis arranges old carols like "The Holly and the Ivy", and "Bring a torch, Jeanette, Isabella" on his Mannheim Steamroller albums, really does credit to those ancient songs.
was from about 4 years ago, when Jon Schmidt (on piano) had his daughter die, during a hiking accident. It's a great song for someone, who's might be missing someone during the holidays.

I only got 2 presents from my colleagues. One of them was cuz it's a Secret Santa thing. My fav out of the two is a keychain that has my name on it.
ooo you got an admirer, DeKay?
I have two gifts and both are my favorites!
The first was an expensive LED plant-growth light with the ability to program and change the color of the lights to promote different stages of plant growth (like red spectrum for maximum bud production) which, though it is legal to grow, buy, sell, and use certain plants here, I don't want to grow them because they are a pain in the neck and ugly, so buying from a licensed dispensary makes more sense, but I wanted that light to get my plant babies through the winter and let me enjoy blooming Christmas cactus even when there's not enough natural light.
The second gift was a 1 KG package of assorted Anthony Berg dark chocolate bottles, each filled with a small amount of top shelf liquors and liquers, namely: Cognac (Remy Martin, yum!), Whisky (Canadian Club), Bourbon (Jim Bean), Polish Vodka (Sobieski), Scotch (The Famous Grouse), and the regional orange liqueur Cointreau, floral-and-herbal ancient liqueur Galliano, and heather-and-florals Scotch liqueur Drambuie.
Needless to say, I've had far too much chocolate. XD

Nah, we were forced against our will to do the Secret Santa thing as a company event. ๐ I'm a bit sad cuz I didn't get a present from my Secret Santa that was on my wishlist. ๐ ๐ฅ They gave us a Google Sheet form to fill in our wishes. I got a broche and I don't even know what to do with it cuz my fashion sense isn't really the broche kind. ๐
The one with the keychain was not from the Secret Santa so I know who gave it to me. I think she bought one for almost everyone.
Goodness, I can hear again normally. I feel revitalised completely. I can only hear slightly less on my left side, but who knows, maybe I did have hearing loss with that ear, I just forgot about after spending a whole month hearing the little I could. But either way, I may be the happiest I've been this year.

All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey. I'm surprised I haven't played this song on repeat this year. What's wrong with me...?
"Santa, Baby" by Eartha Kitt (1953, I think).
Before she was Catwoman, she was singing! I never knew it!
That's really cool. I don't think I've heard that version before.

I never had any favourites growing up, I don't think I can now either. I don't hear Christmas music often.
What a fun question!
This version of O Come, O Come Emmanuel by The Piano Guys is deeply moving, visually and aurally:

I got a capture card, and wow is it fun to video capture game footage.

Ummm... I don't think I had any. Well, I tried to be less angry. ๐

That's a lot of chocolate!! :O
Um, I tried to be more patient and learn to meditate whenever I feel frustrated, mad or stressed. ๐
I don't think I did, admittedly.
I "grew" by about 10 lbs.

Yayyyy! Awesome. I'm glad.
I hope it's not from all that chocolate you got for Christmas. ๐
