After watching so many wonderful builders, I really think I need more practice!
I thought I would use this discussion to ask some fellow simmers for some custom builds that I can try to do for you. It may take me about a week or so cause I do work full time outside of simming (unfortunately), but I will do my very best for you. I need some practice and structure! I am working on a few other challenges and builds, but I thought making it more personal would be fun!
Please feel free to jump in and participate in any way you want: builders and requesters. I will be sharing to the gallery, so let me know if you want me to attach a hashtag to your build. I am not super skilled like some of the other builders, but I would love to develop as much as I can because I love building.

Can someone make me a nice family home for a growing family with at least three children. They are not born yet, but I always like to be prepared
There has to be a study in it, because the wife is a writer, a few athletic items for the husband and the rest is up to your imagination. I have all the expansions and game packs, vintage glamour, movie hangout, kids room and backyard stuff.

The images in the link above are from a renovated version of the Villarreal house, for my sims. I would love a big kitchen for my chef, a study, a music parlor (only if there is enough room), 6 bedrooms for a set of male child twins, a set of female child twins, a male teenager, and a couple. I would also particularly love a little basement with a hangout for the kids. If you want, you could download the house from my origin account from the info below.

@Ocraset ...well here is a peek at what i did. I missed that you said your kids were children and a teen. So the rooms are for older children. but you could modify that now that the rooms are set. Here are a few pictures for you.

@sebz242 I don't know. i have a degree in interior design so when i create a new space or decorate one i work hard on making the space look lived in and real. i stay away from trying to make it to bland it becomes boring in game play and now that i know how to use the camera to get good pictures i find you can get some pretty pictures as well. I think just like in real life we want everything and trying to fit it into the box we call home can sometimes be a challenge and if we see something we just have to have we don't care if it fits. So creating these rooms and filling them with as much real life as we can kinda fills a void where we can have everything and not go broke because after all its Sim's a simulated world where we can escape and be who ever we want to be. Thanks for looking at my design and for the modest complement. I have scene some crazy designs that are just overload for sure. But again its SIM'S we can be and design how ever we want with no limits.

I'll give you a fun challenge! (or open to anyone who wants to try it)
Build a 2 story house on a 30x20 lot
House should include at least 8 of the following features
Bonus: Incorporate a garage into the design!
Can be either modern or traditional. Like you said, give it your own twist!
