Some Sims not aging

I'll start by saying I have aging turned on for everyone, normal lifespan, because I'm doing Legacy Challenge.
I have 3 Sims who don't seem to be aging.
One is an elder in the legacy house. He has outlived his siblings and was told some time back that he didn't have much longer left. His "life line" is bubbly, but he just keeps on going. He did complete the Body Builder aspiration, so maybe that's why?
One is a young adult townie who married my heir. Turns out she had some skills--which technically spouses are not supposed to have, but I didn't know she had them. She has not aged a day since they got married; still at the beginning of the YA stage, and her oldest child is about to become a YA. She came with athletics maxed to 10, so maybe that's it? She's also a vegetarian.
And then there's this gloomy townie named Etta. She's been around since my legacy founder (I'm on generation 5 now). She never seems to age. She just slumps around gloomily through the neighborhood, and is a barista at one of the bars. I have townies who have died right and left, but not Etta.
I started this legacy after the toddler patch, after taking about a year off from playing.
Thoughts?

With the second and third sims, they may have a hidden trait that stops them from aging.
The Weirdo, CityRepair and StatueBusker hidden traits prevent aging.
Try doing this. Play as the sim. Then type into the cheat bar
testingcheats true
Press enter
Then type in
traits.remove_trait isWeirdo
Press enter
See if that helps.
isWeirdo can be replaced in the removal cheat with isCityRepair or isStatueBusker if that is the hidden trait that they have

With the first sim, sims who have completed that aspiration do live longer. They receive the "long lived" trait which lengthens their lives.

If you use MC you can also run a "get_pop age" report, that will show you all those sims with weirdo and busker and so on traits, the ones that won't age up and/or die. You'll see a few more than Rosemow mentioned, possibly.
I totally recommend the Show Sim Info mod. If you're into knowing who's who in your game, you'll absolutely LOVE it. My number two must-have mod.
Edit: since I'm sending you to a log entry, I wanted to let you know there's ONE switch for get_pop that is BROKEN in 3.1.1, the h (hidden) switch. If you use that, the first Hidden sim (AP, VH ghosts, etc) your log sees will break the report, and give you an error message.
It's fixed in 3.2.0... which, Deaderpool said tonight, will probably be released this coming weekend. Just thought I'd tack that on here, too.

Couple of things. First, I have the info mod installed, but can't seem to get it to work. Second the townie sim in question was added to my household via the add to family shift click. Third age bar is stuck at 4 days to age up and is empty, the remove trait has worked for a few others, but not this one. Fourth, I just recently purchased the dine out game pack. Only noticed this sim last night when I was playing Do remember reading something today about a hidden trait for the dine out pack and one for Go to work. Any help would be much obliged.

There has been an updated version of the mod released since the latest game patch.Try downloading the newest vesion and see if the mod then works in your game.
Try evicting your sims household, then move them back into their home and see if that helps with the ageing.
Make sure that the sim isn't pregnant.

I am sorry that you are having this issue. You may need to save the teen to your library, then go to manage households and add her back into the sims household that way and see if the issue remains.
