baking: grabbing a slice before putting pie down

when i bake a pie, my sim grabs a slice before putting the pie down. (guess he REALLY loves pies. lol) so he has a slice in one hand and the pie in the other.

this doesn't happen when cooking a cake.

anybody else experiencing this problem?

Try seeing if you can cancel the cooking action as soon as the pie is cooked, to try to prevent it occurring.

I have had that happen with not just pies and then also I had a whole roasted chicken with a piece out of it stick to his hand and he even walked around and sat down with it. He dealt with the issue by stuffing some of what was going on into his inventory which lead to a plate of rotton roasted chicken that I had to help him clean out.
