I am wondering something about two different color eyes, for Sims 3 and 4, and/or 2

I've noticed when looking around the Webb, YouTube videos and such, every so often I'll see a sim with two different color eyes. Is this a mod, CC, or how do they even make this happen? I don't know if the different games from Sims 2, 3, and/or 4, if there was things done like this. Does anyone know any more information about giving a sim two different color eyes? I'm always on the look out to do things to my sims to make them even more different.
